He worked incredibly fast to completely replace the logic board in my M1 Macbook pro when several other places wouldn't take on the job. To me, this level of customer service is above and beyond. I’ve also recently brought my son’s iPad here because his iPad stopped charging due to him mishandling it ? but again they had it fixed in no time as promised. “My experience @ AT&T on 1112 La Brea was great! I am an old customer and was able to come back & turn my phone back on as well as get Home internet! Julio the Store Rep was attentive and able to get me exactly what I asked for in no time at all, he was very informative & Knowledgeable of what devices & services best fit my needs and even recommended my Home internet service when I explained the specific specs I needed! I was able to walk out of AT&T with phone service and home internet. No hassle no further appointments. If you’re looking for great in person service go see Julio!! Great location, store is stocked & all employees were of help!”
“All of a sudden I stopped getting emails on my phone. I went to the burbank store and waited a half hour without anybody even to sign me in, nor the other 6 people waiting. At 11 am there were only 2 employees helping the same 2 people until 1130 when I gave up and left. I drove to the north Hollywood store that I guess doesn’t exist anymore, because I couldn’t find it, although google said it was there. Then I went to the Los Feliz store and the sign in person tried to tell me that they couldn’t fix my problem. But thankfully Terrence came to the rescue. He spent 45 min. with me and fixed the problem. He is fantastic. I was ready to give up on AT&T, but thanks to him I will remain a loyal customer.
I do live in burbank though and wonder what happened to the service I used to get there and in glendale! They used to even open the door for me when I left. Other than Terrence these other people were useless.”

“I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with my phone . I was having glitches and frozen screen issues. The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”
