“Love my shopping experiences here! The store is always so clean and the staff goes above and beyond when I ask for help. There was even one time I couldn't find my debit card after paying and Alex was so kind and searched the parking lot high and low with me... he was incredibly kind and patient considering how frazzled I was (turns out my toddler snagged my card and tossed it in the grocery bag.) Stephanie has been kind enough to help me load my car on a rainy day so I could get my son in quicker. I've had two separate occasions where I had to park at the bank next door and someone offered to help me to my car!

Everyone is attentive and eager to help me find an item or let me know when the next order is arriving if they're out!

If my son spills his snack or drink while we're shopping and I ask for a paper towel, I'm met with a smile and they won't let me clean up my own mess... It's humbling.

Obviously everyone loves Trader Joe's selection and prices... But this is by far my favorite location because of the genuine care from their team. ☺️”

“Your local Korean neighborhood market that has gold!! I mean Sriracha. They also carry fresh produce, an assortment of meats, frozen foods and pantry foods too! since it's a small market the aisles are very cramped, but definitely a fun place to shop.”

“I wanted to call out one particular employee for his great service, Vincent. He's always helpful and I know my groceries will be packed nicely when he does it. It may seem like a small thing but it isn't. Attention to things like that make a valuable employee. I hope his managers see that.”

“Good small Vons La Crescenta Location looks great & super clean. The service is excellent. Super busy as it gets. The food drinks & the snacks were cheap as seen the yellow tag purchased with Vons card. I find that the employees pleasant & cooperative. Very polite of course. Savings. Saved a lot of money. Also the checkout is busy; the self-checkout is so easy to use. No waiting for the line. Finished paying quickly. I don’t have issues with anyone.”

Whenever I'm unsure about how to use the Vons app, Patricia consistently finds a solution to any of my questions, always doing so with a smile.”

“I have been shopping here at least twice a week for the past few years. One friendly cashier told me about the Vons APP and it's saves me between $100-$200 a month on groceries. I find that most employees are friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the deli made great suggestions on his favorite cuts of Turkey and cheese and those are now my go-to cuts for my kids school sandwiches. As a regular customer, I find this place a great part of my community. If you haven't had the deli's roasted Mango Habanero chicken, it's amazing for dinner with their traditional potato salad.”
