We had a large delivery going to a job site, and Freight Right ensured to get our delivery there on time. They are great at communicating and care a lot. They want to make sure you (the customer) are satisfied. I fully recommend them.

Freight Right arranged for pick up of a pallet of drums for our bagpipe band. They successfully delivered the drums to our destination across the country then picked up the pallet and returned to us. Everything went smoothly and it was reasonable priced.

If you want to be overcharged and nickel and dimed to death, shipment late, extra fees and contracted out to everyone else, then this is the company for you. I will never hire this guy again....used 4 times and each time the extra charges increased. The positive reviews here....not sure is they are paid for or not. I would give them a zero if I could. Notice most positive reviews are not real. I wish I could give it a zero. Don't believe all the other reviews that they found people to write! Full container loads are a nightmare with them. Out of their league!

Well, it was my first time. This is only my second order from China. The first order, the supplier took care of delivering to the Amazon FBA warehouse in Milton, Ontario. This order, on which Vincent Amaro and I have been working on, it had to be picked from the supplier at Ningbo and Amaro had to move it to Ajax, Ontario.

They insisted using their broker and their trucking companies for inland moves. Fine - I thought. They gave me a good rate so I will let them handle everything and make these extra dollars. WRONG ! I just handed them full control of my shipment and multiple opportunities to squeeze in some extra charges. First came $1900 overweight charge with a very hard to believe story. Then boom - $5000+ charge for duties that were supposed to be ZERO. It is good that I knew that so they dropped duties right away but I end-up paying $1900 more than originally quoted.

Freight Right was a great choice for my company and I's needs! We needed to move our tradeshow materials all the way from Las Vegas to Atlanta and were very hesitant to use a freight company; however, our expectations were exceeded.
