There is a teller that runs the funds to the machine without counting in front of you and is aways short in his calculations, by then it’s hard to prove because he has put the money away in his drawer. Insist they count your money in front of you!

Don't open CD from this branch. My CD automatically renewed with low interest rate about two weeks ago. I tried to close the CD and they charged 3 months worth interest penalty. The branch manager didn't help at all. She was really mean and unprofessional. Not happy with with this bank service at all :((

There is a young male teller who never counts the money in front of you. He always runs the money through the machine and this is the second time the balance was short. Of course there was no way to prove it because he didn't count. Beware and insist he counts in front of you.

I do most of my banking online, however whenever I've needed to visit this branch I've always found the personnel to be courteous, respectful, and helpful.

I went in here to make a simple deposit and the tellers were profiling me and looking into my bank account. I felt discriminated against at this location. I avoid going inside this location if at all possible.

Great service always by management! Everyone greats you well and service is amazing. I can't be satisfied enough as any time I needed assistance they treat me as family . Entire stuff is helpful and knowledgeable on all the aspect starting with the new tellers to bankers to the manager! Really appreciate of what they do and how do they take care of every single client. I have all my friends and family banking here and I know everyone is happy with this branch. And a lot of people came to this branch from Glendale area because of management. She came from that branch and we all followed her to la crescenta! Couldn't t be more happy ! Don't hesitate come and bank with this bank specifically with this branch !

Horrible service, unacceptable customer service, I walked in and out in literally less than 1 minute. They refused to help , refused to explain why . Younger Armenian type rude unprofessional, lying to customers saying options are gone that would help me out . Doesn't say why just says options to help out customers are gone . Don't go there . Try Los Feliz or Glendale locations 1000x better results.

If you want us to share details own experience with this place we sure will. We are a customers of this bank for many many years and this was one of the best branch ever in the area compared to La Canada anywhere in Glendale or Tujunga there were so many nice people working there so many nice people there was a employee name Anna, employee name Ashley, employee name Sheila and other other ones and they are all gone, they came and gone they came and gone and now at this present time this is the worst Branch ever worst Branch ever not counting couple of employees they are nice like the new accounts guy Costantine I believe his name is, and the teller name Nora and the gentleman name George I believe, but there is a new girl I don't know her name she's a young girl saviti Savannah or whatever her name is I believe or Svetlana I don't know she's very very rude non caring person she doesn't have any customer service whatsoever I go there pretty much every week and I notice how she works all the time she's on the phone with the another lady at the new accounts always talking talking talking she's not paying attention to her customers and she's very rude towards people who have a health issues I noticed few times how she treated people that they have disabilities few times I was present there and people came a couple of young ladies and also a gentleman and I saw how she treated them that's a discrimination and discrimination is against the law in the state of California. A person like her she cannot work with customers and if you are branch manager reading this Marina or whatever your name is Marlena you need to lay her off you need to fire from her position she cannot work with customers because she doesn't have any sort of customer service whatsoever she's very mean very rude very unprofessional and if you don't do something about this I'm going to report this your branch and this employee to the head of the Citibank CEO, so you better fire her because she cannot work with customers, and I really mean business I am not bluffing or I am not joking around, I really mean business, I will report this horrible branch to the head CEO of CITIBANK.

That old man teller when he talked to me he was like shouting..there's only 1 old armenian guy..I was asking him why I gave to wait to deposit an( insurance check 15000 signed by the mortgage company and me and my wife signed and we had acount over 20 trs ago he said with high unprofessional voice JUST WAIT! so I waited for the manager here's she come in from the front door with 2 bags of ralphs [ there's a market in that shopping area] so she was shopping st 2 pm using the bank time then she talked to her self..oh..let me put it in my car..she went back to her car here's she comes back 3 minutes later she asked me you need help? Without greeting me I said yes she looked to tge check 2 second and said we don't dep 3rd party check I said the mortgage company signed it ..I did it before is the rules changed ? She just walked away telling me send it back to your insurance let theme pit only me and my wife name..I said impossible they want the mortgage name on it to see if I fixed the place ..and the mortgage company got some pictures of my damages area its been fixed..please I want to deposit the check I allredy paid tge contractor..she just walked away..this female supposed to be only doing coffe in the branch and to cleaning job..she don't deserve to be manager..I will CLOSE MY ACOUNT AT CITI BANK SOON..by the way I went next door we have another acount checking ONLY UNDER MY WIFE NAME we spoke to tell teller..she understood our problem with citi bank she did couple of calls I gave her my driver license she deposit it in my wife acount available immediately..THATS A CUSTOMER SERVICE..tge Armenian manager at citi bank n lacresentaca 2621 foothill blvd lacresenta ca 91214 . 818 330 6141. Doesn't deserve that job thankyou foe your time. Boghos and Marguerite Tovmassian. Citi bank acount and 2 credit card holders..they deserve zero rate

FYI If you are not a Citibank customer you will not be allowed to get quarters from this location. Yes, businesses have the right to refuse service.Chase, Bank of America, and U.S. Bank however will gladly help you. Also these three banks have only ever asked how my day is, NOT "are you one of our customers?"Sorry Citibank, this isn't a club and exclusivity doesn't sell me on becoming your customer. Money is money.

I do almost all my banking online that I rarely go into the branch for any customer service. Today, I went in to get customer service and received the worst customer service in my life by Razmik. I made an appointment yesterday and got there on time. He didn't even bother to provide one minute of professional customer service. Very rude and abrasive.

Manager is inefficient at keeping his staff trained to do all transactions. His name is Razmik Arakelyan. None of the two tellers were able to do a simple international wire. They told me I had to wait for him. I waited for Mr. Arakelyan patiently for 20 minutes while he attended two other gentlemen. When he finished his business with these two gentlemen and they left the bank, I was not invited to come sit at his desk, he ignored me!!!! I got up and went to sit in The chair in front of his desk at 4:40 . I tell him what my business is if he could help me. Then he lies to me and tells me that the tellers can do that job. I then proceeded to tell him that his two tellers cannot do the job because they sent me to him. He then tells me he has too much work to do that he can't help me do my transaction that day with 15 minutes left before closing...come back tomorrow. Very disappointed with Citibank representative. I need to find another bank with better customer service.
