Vic is the man! Got me aprouved on this masi and it wasn’t easy with my credit from past stupidity lol, also a year later gave me advice helping me register a harley i bought with complicated title from seller, i didn’t know who to ask and thought of vic and he literally helped me out just like that!! Great guy great business ethic , definitely recommend buying from this place just ask for Vic!!

Recently had a new addition to the family was looking for something bigger and spacious for the kids. I had my eyes on a specific car they had. Came in there expecting to be rejected but to my surprise. They were easy to deal with and quick on their feet looking for a loan company to finance me, process was bit long but they got it don't before I knew it I had the paperwork sign, keys in hand and driving off with the new but used family car. I also offer a trade in which was given a great rate for. Vic was amazing to deal with very patient with the process with both me and the finance requirements. Was always available to answer my calls and questions he went the extra mile for me and my family to get us the car we had our hopes on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Vicand Car City their service level was and is to-notch.

Purchased my 2015 BMW F8X M3 from here had a great experience, Vick was my sales person, and he was very honest and upfront about the condition of the vehicle, did not add on any hidden fees, or over run my credit. Im enjoying my new car, and recommend you come here and do business with Vick.

My review comes because of my personalized and amazing experience with Vick. I’ve been searching for my dream car but always struggled with independent dealerships and the many “schemes” such as last minute parts being forced on to you. At Car city sales I found the e92 M3 I wanted! Vick was crystal clear and upfront of the pricing, the process to buy and zero surprises were to be expected. Of the many experiences I have buying from large retailers, this independent shop was by far my favorite experience. He went as far to retint the windows because he didn’t feel it was okay for me to take a car home with damaged tint. Do not hesitate! If you are looking for an e9x M3 or other vehicle, stop looking and work with Vick!

I changed my review. I had posted a 1 star but had mistaken this dealership for another. I looked at alot of cars that weekend. I give Vic 5 stars for following up with me to see if there was anything he could do to correct the problem after reading the review. Vic, I apologize for the mix up. Nice car, just not the one for me.

Be very careful when buying from this place. If possible avoid it. Do not trust them. I bought a vehicle and within a week a service light came on, took it back to them and made some kind of claims. Just be careful when buying, don't recommend this place what so ever.

Financed a car with them 3 months ago, after the rain storm on Aug. 21 water leaked into my car from behind the glovebox . I am almost positive the car filled up with water before, and that's why there was white weblike mold between the passenger seat and the center console ( Adam said it was just dust when I pointed it out during my first looked at the car). Looking back now I know I should've not trusted Adam. I was in need of a car bad so I trusted he was being truthful. Wrong mistake. Car is now deemed a total loss and is salvaged. But that was after I went to a body shop recommended by Adam to get it "fixed" for $490. (That's due to me not knowing that I should have immediately made a claim with my insurance instead of going to Car city and asking what I should do). My insurance paid the car off and the amount of the settlement I got is less than what I paid as down payment for the car. I'm sure a lot of the other cars on the lot have issues. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
