We have been a happy customers of American Softub Co. since 1998. We loved the experience so much we bought a bigger hot tub in 2013. Their products are the best on the market and the customer service truly sets them apart. That's why - even after 25 years - when I submerge myself in the lovely hot water of my tub, I still say that buying a hot tub from American Softub was the best decision I ever made.

I adore American Softub and Madison and Todd ...make me feel like a part of their family..I have TWO softubs from them...and have had great experiences over the years..sometimes the parts can be challenging...and of course one of the realities of a small family owned business is? NO huge corporate entity to provide money...they are small company...and they do a great job..I just recomended to my friend Monica a purchase with these guys? AND SHE IS ECSTATIC with her new tub...love love loves it! LOOK NO FURTHER...and please be a little patient with a small ONLY a couple people working....family owned business...THEY KILL THEMSELVES....to get you what you want. BTW my relationship with Madison and Todd is nearly a 20 year one now....so for those people who couldn't be patient for JUST a second...your loss. very happy!

Madison offered amazing customer service. The repair was prompt and professional. I was notified along the journey to let me know when they received the unit, what the problem was, when to expect delivery, when it was shipped and a followup to be sure everything worked once it got back home. I highly recommend American Softub.

Great customer service! Extremely pleasant to deal with and made the whole experience seamless. If you are in the market for a tub, do yourself a favor and get an American Soft Tub.

I have a small leak in my Softub so I phoned the company in Poway where I bought it."Contact the East Coast where it was made" I was toldI phoned them and a grumpy rude woman answered and told me to contact a service agent about two hours from my home. How many agents do you actually have in CA I asked her,"Four""For the whole state of CA?""Yes".So I rang La Crecentia and a charming, cheerful lady answered my call and was beyond helpful. Madison was her name and she told me to watch a Youtube on how to mend a possible gasket leak on my tub which would not necessitate a visit from a service person.Wow, what a difference it makes speaking with someone nice and who is really helpful.So all you Softub owners in Southern CA there is hope if your tub springs a leak - there is lovely Madison waiting to help you out."Thank you Madison".

Our new Portico Softub was delivered and set up on 4/13/22. My husband and I are thrilled with our purchase. My husband is 6’ tall and fits perfectly in the Softub. Love American Softub - family owned business. Go check them out.

The soft tub was one of the best items my family has ever purchased! It's an absolute incredible escape from the world! I absolutely love soaking in the tub after a hard day at work. It's always ready, energy efficient, and looks incredible in our yard! The service we have also received is second to none. I would give this product a thousand stars if I could!!!!

Madison is the best so helpful. Chuck came out It worked really hard fixing a leak which one not easy . Both Madison and Chuck were great to work with super helpful and got the job done. I'm back in my hot tub and happy.. Great overall experience will recommend and use again..

Well well. Sent our Soft Tub Motor in for repair, it needed a replacement and was leaking etc…so I had to ship it in to this one open dealer repair shop since soft tub Will NOT ship owners or contractors parts. This was IDK in May 2021.? I had to reach out on numerous occasions to track the progress of my now $800. Plus invoice expense. Work Completed and emailed on Aug 25th 2021 for payment. * New PC Board down inside the motor, new upper and lower connectors and a new air control assembly. Woohoo we are finished right. No. Between the 25th and 27th of October we had to have another email exchange about the same leaking fitting that caused the motor failure in the first place. Mind you there was nearly a two month gap between hook up since my home was rented to a tenant with out a hot tub installation so I kept the unit boxed and in my closet until this time. Now…. I get No air bubble circulation, just noise, and the fitting (at least one) still leaked in the same spot so…. Not sure what was fixed. Though the response was I quote “ As I am sure you are aware those plumbing pieces were out right replaced since they were warped from over heating.” Well they look the same on my end and there is still a leak and a faulty motor. Not used since the re install I had to buy boss sealant to fix the leak. I have had this 2017 soft tub for many years I know how to hook up and seat a floating washer I am a 36 year old raised plumber. The blower doesn’t work and I am tired of Soft Tub wasting my time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this repair shop NOR would I recommend a SOFT TUB SPA. I would have a video posted should it have let me, photos only apparently. Make smarter purchasing decisions. Stay away from Soft Tub and this repair shop. Chuck, Michelle, Todd… if you are 1 of 2 repair shops for 3 states than right there lies your problem. Less scatter brain and more focus to your community would make better repair results.

I had an issue with my softub. I sent it in for repair. Todd charged me $600, didn't fix it and refused to refund. DONT BOTHER WITH AMERICAN SOFTUB CO!

Horrible experience with these guys. I sent in my motor for repair. They sent it back and said it was fixed. After I filled it with water, it turns out it was not fixed and was leaking. Made a mess of my backyard. I contacted Todd and his daughter Madison multiple time for weeks. Radio silence. Go with another company unless you want a disaster of a backyard and no help from them.

After a near one month wait for our new skin/after market lid, install day was finally here. My husband and I were both at work the day so we gave them the green light for side door access to the backyard. We checked out the security footage while at work, and the guys worked efficiently to get our old softub looking like new again. So far so good post install. Thank you, Softub team.
