Friendly and helpful staff3. (Usually) well-stocked with all the basic food and supply items you need4. Mid-level pricing; its not cheap, but its less expensive then alternatives5. Generally well-maintained and clean6. It's located in a shopping center near a gas station and other businesses, so it's easy to get groceries and complete other errands all in close proximityPerhaps one of my biggest positives is that the lines don't get too long.
