Oh My God! Kendall Vaughhan, I can not describe in writing. So professional, knowlegeable, friendly, NOT a rippoff like others! extremely helpful. We were in and out to get a new phone . Absolutely amazing sales representative! We need more of this professional, truthful and kind people in the world and certainly in Verizon. Thank you Kendall, you are amazing and fast! I will be back for another phone and watch!

Kendall has helped me several times and is always so knowledgeable and friendly as well. I’ve seen him interact with other customers and always treats them very well. He seems to truly enjoy his job which is nice to see.

I did a trade in and Francisco lost or stole my phone…I’ve been paying a higher bill than normal and now they have to investigateIf they don’t fix this I’ll go back to T mobile.

Long waits. Not enough employees. Always takes minimum of 2 to 3 hours to get assistance and sometimes they don't do asked and more time wasted. Extremely frustrating !!

Teeny tiny location. One employee. What’s the point? I drove to Pasadena location and got significantly better service, selection and in and out quickly.

The customer service I received from Anthony last week was stellar. After a rocky start with my new phone not transitioning correctly- Super stressful when we rely on our phones for so much now. He welcomed me in close the end of his shift & was able to get my phone up & running. His calm demeanor, knowledge & helpfulness, were truly appreciated! I will return to this store, after a less than desirable experience in another Verizon store.Thank You Anthony!!

The staff was great - Kyle & Trevor were fantastic and very helpful! Can’t give it 5 stars only because it was freezing cold in there!! Very uncomfortable.
