Lol they want to charge to tape your Amazon returns. I usually take it in pasadena at any of the 2 or 3 stores there and they always tape for free. Only was in the area so I didn't have a choice. Won't be back.

Always drop off samples for work at other locations. Other places are able to print the labels ( they charge for computer use which I understand. ) but here has to sign into their computer and got charged 8 dollars. I top of that ended up paying over 45 dollars for packaging that would have been supplied by other stores since the shipping label is being provided by the company. Guy was rude at the beginning before any of this happened because I said I have 4 items to send. Charge for everything and bad customer service. Avoid this place.

Amazing customer service. Quick, efficient, and simple. The store was very clean and neat. Zoltan provided me with both a quick Amazon return and a quick way to package some large items. Just walked in, was greeted, and got my returns in under 4 min. I will be coming back.

04.04.2024, approx 4:00pm : This store extremely lacks customer service. I had two Amazon returns. I showed him the first QR code for the first item. I was immediately treated with a rude condescending attitude about needing my own separate packaging. I explained that both returns shouldn't require packaging. He shrugged his arms and repeated himself: "trust me if that code scan looks like that you outta use your own packaging". That's fine but there is absolutely no reason why you should be treating a person with a disrespectful tone of voice. I believe a shift lead was next to him along with another employee whom remained silent during this interaction. I don't mind being told the items are not accepted. But there is no reason to be rude about it.

This place doesn’t allow printing from their own computers by the employees and makes you have to sign into a computer desk log into your email and print there. That is the most annoying thing that I have had to encounter at an ups store. No other stores do this. It’s so inefficient. If the owner is trying to make more money just charge more for printing!!! Bye.

Employees here are a hot mess.Brought my return, they started to return some items, then they said my barcode had been canceled and nothing could be returned, gave me all my items back.No wifi either.
