“My alternator went out suddenly, leaving me stranded and needing to tow my car somewhere for repair. It was a Friday around 4:30pm. I called numerous shops for quotes and availability. Not only was Emad one of the only places I called who was open on Saturday to work on my car, he quoted me the lowest price of all the places I called. And told me it was no problem to have my car towed there after hours. The work on my car was done by noon the next day and, unprompted, Emad followed up with me a few days later via text to make sure everything was running ok.
Can't recommend this place enough based on my one experience there.”

“Hovik and Vasik are life savers! We own two Range Rovers that we drive a lot, and they need a lot maintenance. Every time we have a problem, they get us in, and they always try to minimize the costs by cleaning parts instead of systematically replacing. Last time for a DEF sensor issue, they were able to clean the faulty sensor and the car runs great again! Highly recommend them for their knowledge and honesty. Below are pictures of before and after the cleaning.”

“Gabriel’s is as good as it gets! Went to the dealer to fix my Audi and they quoted me around $9,000. Decided to go to Gabriel’s and he was able to get it fixed for a fourth of the price. Very fair and reasonable and has many years of experience. I will always go to Gabriel’s for any work needed on my car!”
“Straight forward. This is my 1st time there. My van did not run (gears did not engage when shifted). This place is the nearest auto shop from my house that do brake services so I had AAA towed the van there. Mr. Gilbert told me to leave the van there and that he would call me when it is ready (it is a AAA approved auto repair shop, btw. I admited I felt a little bit uneasy leaving my van at an auto shop which I never used before. It turned out all good. I came pick up the van 2 days later. The total repair bill came out less than $200. Mr. Gilbert is friendly, honest (a straightshooter, which is rare), and competent of course. I hope you have a pleasant experience as I do if you decide to bring your car there for repairs and services. This is a full service auto repair shop, btw.”

“Jerry was quick to respond, professional and incredibly pleasant. Most shops don't think of the human being behind the wheel, so it was refreshing to see the extra effort and care he and his colleague put in to make sure repairs were done right. Took my car in to get two major issues fixed and they saw and repaired several more issues they stumbled upon (old wires that were sticking together!!) at NO additional cost simply because it would be dangerous to ignore. “I was seeking preventive maintenance on 1982 MBZ diesel. I called ahead to screen the place and was given a reasonable price accompanied by courteous attitude. We set an appointment at which time I was greeted and the work commenced. Two man shop; they just do transmissions. They drained old oil, dropped the pan, inspected and showed me a sizable crack in the seal gasket, which explained the underfilled reservoir. No metal shavings. They installed new gasket and a new filter. They did not try to sell me anything extra, they explained every finding, and they stuck to the originally quoted price told to me in my screening phone call. Pleasant experience. I recommend highly.”

“I’ve been coming here for several years. It is a great shop that will never try to sell you something you don’t need. Star Mazda in Glendale told me I needed new brakes a year after I bought a “Certified” Used Car from them. Fortunately, I brought it to Joe to do the work during my next oil change. He told me the brakes were fine. I ended up using those same brakes another 5 years!
Nishikawa is very resourceful in finding aftermarket or junkyard parts to keep older vehicles running smoothly without having to resort to outrageously priced OEM stuff. The place keeps very busy, as their prices are reasonable for great work.”
