“the whole staff is freaking amazing! so kind and they put me on a few series! a phenomenal selection of comics and graphic novels. they don’t carry anything that dates before the store opened (2020 or 2021?). with that said, they have A LOT of boxes of content from the last few years.ps they have 3 walls of great pinball machines, my favorite is the medieval madness!”
“Just left. Bought some IC-2000 and kicker. I wanted to say "thank you" to whoever it was that anwered my questions about Mr. Surfacer products. The bearded gentleman at the computer. He has consistantly had helpful advice without being one of those "You're doing wrong" kind of guys. He's much more of the "You might try this" types. Offering up resourceful suggestions. He obviously knows the products and recommends complimentary goods that will work toghether. It was my 2 or 3rd time asking questions. BHOH has good staff. “Great time at the Funko Shop. We inadvertently saw this place on our way to the Hollywood walk of fame and ended up parking across the street. Metered street parking available along Hollywood Blvd. and side streets. The store is organized into different collections: Marvel, Disney, Horror, Harry Potter, DC, Gaming, Sports, etc...lots to see. I love the large human-sized displays they have around the store. Tons of photo ops with your favorite characters. As expected, lots of Funko Pop figures and merch for purchase. There is also an area where you can create your OWN custom POP Figure ($30). All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Although I would consider this an absolute must for any Funko fan, most others will find something (or character) they can appreciate in the store.”
“What a magical place for kids! A must visit for your Dino loving little ones. They have lots of other toys too from cars to dolls to baby toys. Lots of cool sensory/fidget type toys as well! The owner was super kind and helpful too. Highly recommend!”

“So this store was pretty darn cool. It had a lot of fun stuff. Spent about a good hour in this store. Will totally come back soon. Employee said that they usually get shipments bi-weekly if I'm not mistaken. Do bring your wallet because you are going to want to spend if you like to collect or if you're feeling nostalgic. “They have a lot of stuff, and if you don't know what you need, (as in you if something breaks and you don't know what it is) then they will help. They are also very nice. They have a lot, and if they don't have what you need then they will order it for you and call you when it arrives. They even told me about a cool spot for driving rc cars that I think they made. Great place. /. 5 cats out of 5”

“We brought our kids here to celebrate their birthday by letting them pick out what they wanted. It was such a special experience!! I loved how everything was easy to see and my kids didn't make a mess by trying to pick everything up to "discover" and if they looked at something it was easy to put back. I don't know why I liked that!! There are toys for all budgets just look around! The girl working was so nice and helpful and really likes working there so that was also nice because I was asking her about their inventory! Thanks for the awesome toys!”

“Frank and Serena were the best Lego store employees I ever met. I've been to one other official Lego store and the stores in two different Legoland and never found anyone as helpful and knowledgeable about their store. The store pick a bric is better stocked then the Legoland in Carlsbad. The store looks pretty well stocked. This is definitely my favorite Lego store.”

“I wish they brought back large book stores. This clean book store in Burbank is large enough to sit inside and start reading a book, bring your kids for story time or walk around the toy section.”
“I had totally forgotten there was a store in LA, but our driver dropped us off right in front as a surprise. It was a dream come true for my daughter. Needless to say, we traveled back home with several bags filled with goodies! High quality products!!! Go get some.”

“Im a huge collector of medicom and bape etc. I was in search of a couple of collectibles and I stumbled upon these guys. I was a bit hesitant but I reached out and had them take pics for me on certain items and I was sold! Great customer service. I bought about 3 to 4 beautiful gems through out the past year or so! “This is a busy bookstore, but with all of the customers they have, they still were able to help me. They were polite and helpful. Only reason I gave them a 4 star is because they didn't have the magazine I was looking for (2600). Either they were out or they no longer carry it. They did look it up on their computer but nothing came up for the magazine. I hope they were just out of them, I'll keep looking”
“Very friendly staff. Lots of tables open for use.I don't suggest it as a place to get singles for TCGs though, but lots of available new and used boardgames for good prices and in good condition”

“We went here for an early birthday gift for me and my big sister my big sister wanted my melody and I wanted kuromi first we chose them my sister got it online and I just saw it on the aisle and got it next we have to choose a voice my sister chose the I love you sound and I chose to sounds the Happy Birthday song and the recorder voice I recorded my voice by saying happy birthday to you happy birthday to you then we have to stuff them and then I saw a heartbeat sound on the table and I picked them up and then we stopped the teddy bear and we chose scents for the teddy bears I chose pumpkin spice and my sister shows birthday cake and cotton candy now we get to choose the clothes my sister chose My Melody pajama and I chose a kuromi pajama For the shoes I chose roller skates and my big sister shows high heels for the accessories I chose a pink phone and my big sister chose a blue phone I chose a rainbow heart bed and my sister chose a pink bed”
“I took my Cartier Roadster into Revoke based on reviews from google. The watch had never been serviced since I acquired it ten years ago. I wore it nearly every day and the case + bracelet showed its used. My roadster finally fell behind in timing so I took it in for its first overhaul and polish. The watch was beat up cosmetically after a decade of use so my expectations were curbed because I have seen awful polishing jobs on other watches (not from Revoke). Via email, Revoke assured me that his work will bring it back to new so I allowed him to polish the case and bracelet. When I went back to the lab to pick up the watch from its service, I was absolutely stunned to see the watch look brand new. The man is an artist. His work is impeccable. The watch looks so new that I'm reluctant to wear it again. He is the only person I will trust my watches with.”

“Awesome local comic book store. Employees are always friendly. They have frequent artist signings. My son loves coming to pick up our monthly subscriptions. We make it a ritual to pick up our books and some musubis a couple doors down for lunch.”
“Cute small shop has a huge inventory of lots of Sanrio products. Pricing is of course "not cheap" (trademark, genuine products), if your a fan you won't leave without a lil something red or pink! Gorgeous handbags, backpacks, pillows, charms, hair assesories, keychains... on & on. Just luv My Melody & My Little Twin Stars! Staff/owners are so darling, helpful, personable & gracious as you enter and exit the shop. Meter Parking in the area is a challenge so if you plan to visit make time and enjoy the walk along all the shopping strip. Food, frozen yogurt, adjacent mall. There's a lot in the area.”

The staff is always so friendly, they do excellent (and free!) gift wrapping, and they are happy to order anything that they don't have in stock. I try to support them whenever I can.”
