Walked in and I was attended right away there was no one in the nail salon but the service was so nice. I really liked that it was fast, I didn’t want to take long with the manicure. They don’t take card. Only cash or Venmo I didn’t like this too much but over all the place looks so cute everyone was nice and I was in and out. I love manicures. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the area.

I did not like my nails at all. They did not do what I asked for and when I tried to tell her she did not understand and did not do what I asked for. They are also extremely expensive for what they are, and every-time I go I feel they change the price. Not to mention the main lady there is quite rude. The vibe is fine.

Yvonne is quick and the best ever I have had to do my nails. The salon is very clean and inviting. All the employees work together and we always have lots of fun while there! They are the best in not only La Canada but all the Crescenta Valley

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. We have been customers of this location and the one in San Marino for over ten years. I stopped going during the pandemic because the owner wasn't very nice and outright rude at times. This was not my experience in the past prior to that. Recently may daughter wanted a design for her upcoming trip. After calling a few places that said they couldn't do a design we decided to give Soak another try. We knew the owner did great designs. My best friend, daughter, and I all decided to go have a spa day. From the beginning the owner was not only rude to my best friend as she did her nails but when it was time to do the design on my daughter's nails she was rude and commented that her eyelashes were thin. She is 15! What grown woman would say such a thing and to a teenager? Then it was my turn to get the brunt of her wrath. I went to pay with my credit card as usual and without looking at me pointed her finger above a rudely said "no credit cards". She said I had to pay with Venmo or cash. No problem I thought as I had cash. I asked nicely why they didn't accept credit cards anymore and she said it has been like that for years. Annoyed she didn't actually respond to my question I proceeded to pay with cash. I asked for a receipt and that's when all hell broke out. She was angry that I asked for receipt and kept repeating the total. I wasn't questioning the total as I just wanted an itemized receipt. She then had one of her workers write down the prices for each service we had on a card. I had no intention of tipping her after her disgusting behavior throughout our visit. However, when I went to give her workers their tip he innocently said "What about her?" as he pointed at the owner. At that point I joked around and said that she was the owner and profits from the business so I wasn't giving her a tip. I could see the anger on her face and she said "Oh really... okay, okay". I then proceeded to give the worker some money and said "This is for her" and walked out. As the three of us walked out we decided to never go there again even if she does really good designs. The service is not worth the rudeness from the owner.
