Damm!! I can’t believe I’m back to Rite Aid s nice building at La Cañada Foothill Blvd with huge parking a lot. Not too busy in the afternoons maybe busy in the holidays or weekends. Sucks Rite Aid one in La Crescenta Location (near Ralphs Market) is permanently closed for good in Jan 15 which is this year. I missed these days. Nice location anyway in La Cañada friendly, kindness super nice employees. Easy parking I like the ice cream so much calories makes me want to devour. Happiest day in my life!!

I have been going to Rite Aid my whole life. I love Rite Aid. Theresa who was at the foothill store is now in La Canada. She has always been rude but I just dismissed it. Today was the last day of rudeness. She does not smile or engage in conversation . I told her I missed the store on foothill, she ignored me. She basically ruins my whole Rite Aid experience. So I am now going to the Sunland store to have a better experience.

Jackie, the "manager?" At the register was NOT helpful in any way. Rude. Confrontational. I went to another pharmacy. Unfortunately, because I get most of my prescriptions from here. I'm ADA. You would think they would be more accommodating.11/26/2023 5:15pm Jackie-manager?

Rite Aid in La Canada, California is my favorite drug store and my favorite pharmacy. The employees and pharmacists are friendly,efficient and knowledgeable. There is a wide selection of items and the hours are convenient.

The pharmacy is:Inconvenient.Incompetent.Arrogant.Smug.But don't take my word for it read the other reviews.I used to get my monthly prescriptions at Rite-Aid but when Rite-Aid chose to go from being the best to being the worst I dropped them as my regular pharmacy.Today was an unpleasant reminder of why, they obviously have not enough conclusive reasoning within the whole pharmacy to properly care for the customer in need beforehand and expect you to suffer through their incompetence and go without your medication for days.Not me.I'll stay with CVS who is busy doing things the right way and building new stores while Rite-Aid is closing stores and losing money.In short your dealing with idiots here, you've been warned. ?Edit/UpdateI very specifically asked the pharmacist at this location to call the La Crescents location which is the next closest Rite-Aid to this one.I was told "we already called all the other locations including Pasadena and Altadena and no one has your medication in stock.I called the La Crescenta store myself knowing that it usually has what I am prescribed and sure enough they have my much needed medication which I just picked up.I left my orthopedic surgeons office before 11am this morning, this Rite-Aid location took no action on not having my medication except to sit on their hands and do nothing and then ignore my request to call La Crescenta once I walked through their door. Now I can finally get my bed rest.And I see the standard cookie cutter response to my post above was placed by this Rite-Aid minutes after I left my original review.Maybe they should have the genius on the computer work the pharmacy counter because everyone else there is out to lunch permanently. ?

Extremely disappointed. After waiting for 10min for someone to come help me get ice cream, I finally found Mr.Gomez. I asked him to help and he replied “tell the cashier to phone someone in the front” WOW.after a person finally came to help. Mr. Gomez was right next to the guy. So I asked him “if you were ganna be right next to him. Why wouldn’t you have just came to help me right away” I was extremely frustrated.A simple quick trip to the ice cream shop turned into a 27min hassle.Why not help the guest right away and keep them happy

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. Incompetent, unprofessional, mistake-ridden, nasty, slow with absolutely no self-awareness. Couldn't fill the original script due to a "glitch" in their systen. A week later with surgery pending that day, they refused to fill a new post-surgical pain medication because they had managed to belatedly fill the first one and could not process two. Of course we were informed that the second script was ready yesterday. Really? With no one else in line we were told they were too busy to process the new meds and we should come back in an hour. And all of this said with a really snotty and dismissive attitude...just what you want when you are headed into surgery and not sure if you will have access to pain meds when you get home. No compassion, no courtesy, no ability to do their jobs. Find another pharmacy!

Signed up online for covid booster #2. The website's a little difficult to maneuver. The workers were great and I barely felt the shot. I had Moderna the first 3 times and this time went with Pfizer. No side effects, yay!

I don't understand why I had to wait over an hour to get a vaccine, when there was only me and 1 other person waiting. The workers had to be reminded constantly.

I just wanted to recognize a sales associate who rang me up today, Christina. She said hello and welcome to all the customers. She said Happy New Year and was just so sweet and happy. She gave outstanding customer service. Thank you.
