Great variety although slightly more expensive than other similar grocers.

It seems like every Ralph’s I go to I always get a barely legible receipt. Are they trying to save money with the ink or are they trying to make people not be able to read what they purchased

It was absolutely a waste of time trying to cater food from Ralph's Deli department at this store. I placed a catering order online. Then, when I called the next to confirm, they could not find my order. I talked to Maria from the Deli department. Very unhelpfully, she told me to go into the store to place the order. So I did. When I got there, Maria was very friendly, helping the lady before me. When it was finally my turn, Maria made me wait a while so she could make sure she placed the order for the lady before. Then, when I asked her about the online order, she could not find it. Maria walked away several times to "check" on something or get the order ready for the lady before me. The in-store catering menu is completely different from the online menu. It was incredibly frustrating trying to cater from Ralph's Deli department. And Maria was absolutely unhelpful...and her racist dismissive attitude was irritating.

I was shopping doing instacart and I decided to go through self checkout but my experience was so horrible it was unbelievable. I was having trouble scanning my instacart barcode so I had nicely asked the associate named Fafricio if he can help me scan it and his response was “ and what am I suppose to do with it “ I was like well I’m asking if there’s a scanner and he replied obviously there’s not one there and I said ok you know what don’t give me that kinda attitude and he responded I’m not it’s just common sense and I was like okay now you can stop talking because now your going to piss me off . Like enough is enough. I complained to the store director but I almost feel they won’t do much but people like “ Fafricio “ should not be employed because he was not obviously happy to assist and to work here. He was also flirting when I had walked in and that’s not complicated to do but to help a customer is a big deal to him and he does not know what to do right? So why are you working? Go home or go work around woman and maybe something in that field will pay while you flirt because Ralph’s not for you man.

What a rip off. Ralph's now charges a fee for cash back. Might as well take a quick trip to the bank instead---and buy groceries elsewhere.

I love this Ralphs and usually have the best experience, but today was an exception. I used the self checkout, which I won't do again. The machine did not like the bagging situation and Fabrizio told us we were moving too much. He had to come and do something to clear the machine and told me to run an item again because it hadn't gone through. In fact, it had so then I was double charged. We had to credit the transaction and Fabrizio was less than happy to help us. I would say "sour". He got it done, but then I realized I was overcharged for the item. I'm not asking for the credit, but I will avoid him in the future. Kudos to all the great workers there who usually make this a great shopping experience.

Cashiers are great.
In the deli area they have some fresh made sandwiches that are pretty good for not a lot of money.

Great to shop in the morning.nice and quiet. You just have to watch out for their stickers sometimes they're in the wrong place. Self-checkouts nice because you get to see what you're being charged for it and then void it if you don't like it that price.

Easy to navigate the store to find everything on my grocery list. Staff friendly and helpful.Parking is relatively easy, however a large portion of the parking lot has been under construction for months.I stopped buying salmon and chicken here as pricing is better at Costco. I will purchase ground sirloin and ground turkey here.Just purchased Crystal Geyser 1 gallon bottles of water today. The price increased from $1.50 to $1.69 per bottle, not good. Also TP increased from $5.99 to $8.99 per 12 roll pack. I don't know how they can pass along these price increases.

I came here just to get a couple items and I've been to alot of Ralphs locations where people are just oblivious and plain rude!! This was jot the case. PAUL is one of the most alert, respectful, courteous, nice, and hard working people I've seen in a very very long time and not only that but he takes pride in his work and the company which is RARE. People like him are the backbone of America!! It's not often I get to use this word but his overall customer service and work ethic is nothing short of IMPECCABLE. Thank you for the wonderful experience Paul!! And Kroger.. give this guy a raise and a promotion because employees like Paul are a dime a dozen!!

Do you know why it costs my less than $100 each time I fill up my gas guzzling tank of a Porsche Cayenne? Fuel points, Einstein- I am racking up the points like they are going out ot style. Always maxing out at 1000 points per month which equates to $20 in savings(20 gallons @$1.00 discount). Now you may find yourself saying “Now Come on Man” I cannot spend $1,000 on groceries each month just to save $20 in gasoline. The good news is you don’t have to- an annual delivery membership costs $59, gets you free home delivery and 2x points. And if you stay on top of things, you can take advantage of their frequent 4x points promos on gift cards. Enough about Fuel Points though - I come here for the food. Great produce, meats, non-alchoholic beverages, and if they don’t have an ice cream that looks appealing then it doesn’t exist. I’m giving this particular location(my favorite) 4 stars instead of 5. Why- cuz they had to go and name it RALPHS Fresh Fare. What does that even mean?
