“I went in to send a package to Texas and the postman named Tuan was extremely helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and also helped me save a couple bucks by getting the exact size box I needed to send my niece and nephew some stuffed animals. This man needs a raise, amazing at his job and his energy is contagious!”
“The Mail Shoppe is awesome and so convenient close to my home. Big thanks to the friendly staff for always being there for all my printing, copying, shipping, visa photos, faxing needs (yep, some government offices still want you to fax documents to them...crazy right?!)”
“My mom had put a stamp which was worth twice the rate of a regular stamp and was sad when he made me pay for another stamp..I thought is was a regular stamp but it wasn't so I didn't notice and he should have! I paid him more money to send my mom's mail and he should have looked at the stamps value and not charged me. He also asked me to return a letter that was put in my mailbox addressed to a different address completely and a different name to my Post Office..I told him the mail man had delivered twice to my house! I said send it to the correct house I don't want to drive to another PO. He finally agreed to take it. Why should it be my problem. I had put it in the outgoing mail after getting it in my mailbox with the flag up and my stupid mailman just didn't even look at it and put on my mailbox again!!! Didn't even look to see the address was a different street, number, and name!!! So why ask me to any more than leave it at ANY post office? So d**** Not my problem. It was someone else's gas company bill. Sheesh!!!”
“My favorite post office! Very helpful and attentive-- they let me have some tape to hold a label down instead of making me buy a whole roll, and the manager goes through the line to help ppl before they get to the counter and it definitely helps speed up the process and the visit! I highly recommend :D”
“Took a while to get through the automated phone system but I was able to connect with someone pretty soon after. Not only did they answer my questions, but I did submit an investigation and have been thoroughly followed up with through the whole process!”

“I like this Post Office because they have a stamp machine, which is easy & convenient. The lobby is well kept and always stocked with postal supplies. The P.O. Boxes are easy to access and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. There is a small parking lot on the side (off the alley) and 20-minute parking out front.”

“I needed to overnight some paperwork and ended up at this location. I'm so glad that I did! Parking was super easy, the gentleman at the window was super helpful and warm and friendly. We just don't get a lot of that these days and it was appreciated. This would definitely be my go-to location if I weren't about to bail out of the state.”
“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”
“Parking is AWFUL! However, the customer service team is always helpful and friendly which I have never experienced in any other post office. Like the one in Verdugo Road where the attendants are incredibly rude.”
“I moved over this post office from my previous location. The service here runs as need be efficient and down to business. I have heard people be nosey about a previous employee who was in terrible health. Dumbasses like this Rob want to know things that obviously standing in line behind them can not be discussed by another employee. I own a business and you can not give out any personal details period. Get a grip and find a hobby. You take up my time in line with your frivolous complaints. Signed boohoo”
“This is my go-to post office because the staff are friendly and helpful and typically when I go (early morning) the wait time is totally reasonable. Parkings not ideal but there are usually a few spots on the street open if you can't wait a few mins for a spot to open up in the lot.”

“I love this post office. Not only is it closest to me but they're always pretty fast, I know I'll be done in 5 minutes whenever I come here. They also sell gift cards and birthday cards which I feel is a nice touch :)”
“It’s 5 stars based on it is a post office. It gets the job done, no more no less. The line is usually manageable to short. The staff is helpful. Street parking is usually available to stop in. Happy to have a local branch nearby.”

“Slow and machine stencil wasn't working and postal rep didn't tell her for five minutes she could just use her finger. Probably because she was busy looking at her phone. Meanwhile the line grew from 3 to like 9.”

If you ask they will assist you from me experience all my questions got answered and they even helped me with a next day delivery option .. I was delighted by how they went the extra mile to aid me thank you guys keep the good work going... stay ? happy”

“I came here to process my passport application for the first time, Michelle’s customer service is exceptional, she really knows what customer service means, as I was waiting in line I observed her helping a family of four with their passports and she was always smiling even though the office is super hot, I had a very pleasant experience thanks to her! “The people at this post office have always been so friendly and helpful. Yeah sure, sometimes there are long lines but, time it out people. Nine years ago Helen and Kathy were incredibly helpful to me in getting seemingly endlesses packages sent out, always in a last-minute hurry. Then Henry came, and it always been unfailingly nice and patient. There are new people there and I've only been a couple times but they've also been nice. Two free parking lots, always parking available.”

“Was here when they just open @ 8:30am. Two worker in front, with 4 customers. If everyone was all ready with their packages and labels should be fast. People didn’t fill out label or seal their packages holds up line. Worker tell them go to side and finish then they will call them back in line.Please peoples get your stuff ready then wait in line not in counter then starts writing address in label.Got my certified mail done and out in less than 5 mins.”
“Not sure what's up with the other reviews - this is a better-than-average post office for sure! Phil helped me mail my documents for a passport renewal, and he was patient, helpful, and efficient. He explained everything that I needed to do, clearly had done this a hundred times before, and even caught a mistake that I made!
It seems like this is a pretty busy office - there were two people behind the counter and about 15 people in line when it opened at 9 am. Still, I was fourth in line and was out the door by 9:10 am, so they're really quite good at managing it. No complaints!”

“Initially I posted one star....but an amazing staff member still on the premises at almost 9PM came to the lobby and fixed the self serve machine so I could get a package out. I was writing the review before I saw him. I was initially frustrated because the lobby was locked on the weekend without website notice. I went back Monday and processed almost $10 in postage for a package...no postage issued....tried again....same thing. Someone did not load postage labels in machine properly. Looks like from the jammed labels there were several before me that walked away without their postage, too. I hope to get the second label refunded. I appreciate the employee that went the extra mile!”
