Surprisingly All was done very fast and no smell at all because this unique material made from nature and water base. “I went to this location with little expectation of getting my questions answered because I was certain I had irreversibly messed up my apartment walls by retouching spots with the wrong kind of paint. I had the right color, but was using an egg shell paint on a flat painted surface...which I didn't notice until I had retouched the entire townhouse before realizing that it was drying with a shine instead of flat. I had covered all our walls with these shiny spots and it looked horrible. At this Dunn-Edwards location, I was helped by Stephen, who was so patient and supportive in guiding me through how to potentially correct my mistakes. He was kind, informative, and eager to get the right match. And he was 100% right in his suggestions. It worked beautifully and my horrible amateur painter mistakes were corrected! I'm so very grateful for his help!”

The Pink Painter just completed painting the interior of our home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bill Suplee and his crew were professional, courteous, arrived on time, and their work is perfection! They were respectful of our property and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. And to top it off, they are all really nice people. I feel like I'm living in a brand-new house! I couldn't be happier!”

“Didn't expect to have such a great experience at a paint store, or any experience really. Buy paint and leave was my goal. Apparently that's hard to do when you have no paint knowledge. Brisa to the rescue! She was so helpful! She walked me through each sheen, different grades of paint for different rooms, and waited patiently while I called my painter. I left with confidence, which is a great feeling after being frazzled by colors and costs. I returned days later for more of the same wall color and stupidly brought my Home Depot color match sample and not the Dunn Edwards formula I was actively using. Despite being busy, Brisa and crew found my formula in the computer and got me exactly what I needed! Thanks, y'all! Also, don't sleep on the sick merch. My whole household is repping Dunn Edwards.”

“Went in to get some paint matching samples done- The sweet girl helping me told me it would be an hour (it was close to lunch time for the "mixers). I looked a bit more at other paint chips and decided on another color to add. When she went to have it prepared, she came back with all my samples. The one hour wait turned into 15 minutes. Talk about service! Actually, there were 3 very helpful and sweet young women- Elizabeth, Leslie and Maggie. Walked in just a few minutes before closing for an urgent pickup order... and the worker was so so kind and understanding. I felt so bad because I stayed a bit past their 5pm closing time but he acted like there was zero rush and answered all my questions patiently. Though there was no stock of one of our ordered items, he offered to drive to the Glendale location and be back the next day so I could pick it up early. WHO DOES THAT. Beyond satisfied with our experience there.
