The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”

He showed me his new shop next door and personally went through his higher end products and was able to detail why they are better and what you are paying for. This guy is the type of businessman you love to see succeed.”

“I took in my old Galaxy note 5 to get it checked because it wouldn’t not hold a charge. The service was quick and the price was very affordable. They didn’t charge me to diagnosed the phone . After he diagnosed the phone he gave me the quote and we agreed with the price. If I need any other service I would definitely go back. I recommend this place.”

“I came in on a Saturday morning right when they opened and Sarah opened the door greeting me I was left with a mess from two days prior from some other customer service associate she fixed my problem was so smart she knew it right away you need to put this girl in management because the other service I had was awful to fix my problem she got me a new phone a new line and compt me very acute knowledge of all products regulations and customer service options”
“Rosa was the person working when I got there and whatever this person is making isn't enough she needs a raise. What an attentive diligent and fast working employee. Five stars really go to her. Working the store by myself she helped two preceding customers, me, AND dealt with a rep from Motorola. The store was clean, the hours signage was clear and legible.Note, not all of the product signage inside is in English, but I don't think that's bad. Definitely good for speakers/readers of Chinese! Rosa was adept at both switching back and forth to help everyone, and ALSO getting product samples, products, and accessories for each of us. Didn't confuse a single transaction or forget a detail and went the extra bit to even switch her register systems when it was being a little jank!Rosa 10/10. Cricket was pretty good too. My new mobile hotspot is working wonderfully so far, just like my Cricket service plan which has served me well the last 7+/- years.”

“They deserve 100 stars! We took our totally nonfunctioning iPhone in and Mr. Russ Rasooli fixed it perfectly. He also clearly explained what had happened. We had been traveling and had taken the iPhone to a shop in Las Vegas. The phone was working perfectly, however the screen had become raised. The Las Vegas repair shop damaged the phone, they spilled a liquid inside the camera lens, and by the time we reached Pasadena, the phone wouldn't even turn on. However, Mr. Rasooli's care and professional workmanship, as well as the speed and pricing, made our experience with RepairApple the best experience we've ever had with getting appliances repaired. We have only the highest praise possible for Mr. Rasooli and RepairApple!”

“Got an upgrade on Friday from 12 Mini (4 years old) and took 15 Pro home to transfer data according to instructions. It would not work. Called ATT help line and again no help. Laptop would not recognize the 15 Pro to back up to it from I Tunes.
Went back to store Saturday and was helped by Jaelen. He was polite and knowledgeable and reset the phone and did the restore for me in less than an hour. He is an excellent employee with fantastic customer service skills.”
