Should have read the reviews before coming here. Convenient location for me but a really subpar service. Had to wait hours to get the car serviced just for them to try and charge almost $500 for one tire. Not very nice service but free cold water. Just go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Go to Montrose Tires to get excellent customer care. I tired to resolve my issue with the corporate office, my complaint was made on 7/26/24, today is 9/11/24. Expect to be on hold for an hour or more, and emails never answered!! I said I would write a negative review but wanted to give them the opportunity to assist me. DON'T waste your time. We have 6 vehicles in our family and have been Just Tires customer for over 20 years. We will never buy tires with Just Tires ever again! Way to go to lose a valued customer when you can't even resolve a simple issue! Go anywhere else!!

Came on a Friday to fix a slow leak, I paid for the road hazard insurance.
Was told by a girl (don’t know her name), tire would be here the next day (Saturday), said they would call at 1:30, no call, I called at 1:50, tire was there.
I asked her if I would have to wait when I arrived, she said no, they would take me right away, well, I show up, she’s not there, the dude tells me an hour to an 1-1/2 hour wait, I explained what the girl said, he could care less, bad attitude dude, zero customer service, seems like these people hate their job.
Another poster said the La Crescenta location was a lot better, he’s 100% right, never had attitude or problems there, this place sucks. Too bad the La Crescenta JT burned down.

The Lady in the front office refused to help, the mechanics were ready, the place was empty and the lady still said it was going to be a couple of hours. I guess they dont like money lol... and this was an easy patch job, probably would have taken less than 15 minutes to be in and out. Sadly, I will not be returning to this tire shop. Don't go here, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH! Wish I knew her name but the poor mechanics dont get much work because of her. She needs to be fired.

Horrible customer service by store manager ?ALEXANDER MEDINA. I'm not sure who wronged him in life, his mother, and ex girlfriend so some other woman but I see a sexist, machismo attitude with him. As soon as I parked my vehicle he stated with his curt, rude egotistical attitude. Then once inside the store he argued with me regarding my scheduling an appointment on-line. I explained to him if he has an issue on-line he needs to take it up with corporate. Then I asked his name, he instead gave me a business card. I didn't ask for a business card, I asked for his name. He either hates his life or hates other people's lives. The WORST example of customer service. Took my car across the street to Firestone and when I told the employees what had just happened they laughed, said plenty of people go to Firestone once they deal with ALEXANDER MEDINA, FIRE THAT GUY!!!

Wow. I came here to say that I've never been treated so rudely by a service agent before...but I guess I'm not alone. I guess the rudeness is systemic from the other reviews. Real shame! I had great service at a Just Tires in Upland, but this one is quite terrible.I parked at the front to check in. I was greeted with "can you go park your car" - no "hi or welcome in". I said "sure, can I check-in first." He said I had to move my car then I could check in. Seriously so many things wrong with this interaction. Get Customer service training STAT!

Went in for a oil change it took a very long time. Asked to get the brakes check. They did not do that, did not even reset my maintenance light and also did not put a sticker in window for mileage. Poor service.

Rude AF workers. The men who work here don't always have the kindest demeanor. They be abrasive, lazy and straight up unpleasant.

Came in for flat repair only to find 2 techs not able to assist since the only person that works the front counter was on lunch, told me to come back 30-45 mins.... lollllllll

I came in because my tire pressure indicator said a tire was losing air pressure. The Assistant Manager Claudio Denova was as helpful as anyone could be. He was polite, professional, and very courteous. Claudio explained what my options were and took my vehicle in promptly. Turns out that my warranty covered the tire repair, and I was back on the road in under an hour. Thank you Claudio

This place should be closed down. The customer service is worst I have ever come across in any mechanic shop. Just Tires get rid of your people in the front office they couldn’t care less about the customers or your business. This is the second time I have had issues at this place not honoring appointments and told two hours for a simple oil change. Still their is plenty of other mechanic shops in the area stay away from this place.
