A blow out $45? When you were quoted less than 30 if you shampooed and arrived wet? Ridiculous. And to add insult to injury the stylist was rough and the job was poorly done. Try a real salon. If there isn't enough business they close shop instead of price gauging the innocent few that try your neighborhood salon.

Finally made my way here even though my gal pals have been coming here for yeaaars. This place is like the hub, where you always run into someone you know. $45 for roots and $60 for single color processing. $20 for men's and boys' cuts. Will definitely be back. Hidden in the corner of strip mall next to taekwondo place. Maybe I'll enroll my son and come here in the meantime! Diane did my hair and I didn't have to go home and wash before going on to the next thing, as she did a fantastic job in getting the extraneous color out from the side. Rachel is famous but of course she's always busy. Definitely call ahead or you'll likely wait.

Decent and inexpensive men's haircut. I'm not a picky hair guy. I just want a good and quick haircut. That's what you get at hair mode. They cut and color women's hair too but I can't comment on those.

Turned us away after she sat us down to wash our hair. Said she had a person coming in 10mins, and that she was actually going to close after.... It's 1pm. Unprofessional.

Terrible customer service... I got there and it was empty.. I waited and waited while the girls kept chatting....acting like they didn't care they finally had a customer so I walked out after 15min of waiting for their conversation to be over

I hate giving a bad review for a business I didn't want a haircut when I went into the salon . I told her no and she proceeded to ask me 3 more times if I wanted a haircut & I proceeded each time to say no . I told her my hair was short from the last haircut & she said well let me take just the dead ends off . I finally agreed because I thought it would be healthy for my hair . She starting cutting & I told her to stop cutting my hair because it was to much . I am miserable looking at how much she took off my hair !!!!

Hair stylist Rachael is amazing, she has a great hand at cutting hair and shaping a nice haircut. The hair salon takes clients by appointment, is tidy, clean and a mask a must. Rachael makes one feel comfortable and welcome! We the Betanzos Family give Rachael and the salon a 5 Star!

the older woman (i don't remember her name) that did my hair had absolutely no idea how to deal with textured hair. i did a deep conditioning mask but somehow she still made my hair look dry. she blew dried it terribly and it was still damp but she still went in with a flat iron so i had to stop her before she fried my hair. it ended up looking frizzy and my roots were still curly even though my hair is extremely easy to deal with. i ended up having to redo it my day so it was a lot of damage for a terrible outcome. i do not recommend at ALL if you have hair that isn't pin straight.
