Amy and the entire staff was amazing and so kind when I was going through a difficult time with my beloved dog Annie. I truly don’t know what I would have done without them. This was the only place I could find her medication and they gave me the love and care I needed.

I was sent here by my insurance company as an IN NETWORK pharmacy and they indicated what my portion of the prescription would be. When I arrived, I was surprised that the amount I was being charged was three times that. When I asked about it, I was told this was my co-pay. But when I got home and asked the insurance company they said, no I should not have been charged what they did.I believe this is a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act and I will be pursuing it.UPDATE:His phone call was *anything* but polite and NO apology was offered. Instead it was a call for pity and quickly moved to straight up insults for my "inhumane and horrific" review.If they want great reviews they might want to try 1) providing great customer service; 2) charge people the amount you agreed to with the insurance company; 3) *apologize* to your customers when you're in the wrong 4) don't offer to bribe your customers to take down their reviews ("you can soak me for $50 if you want", puhleeze) 5) the amount charged was anything but inadvertent, I pointed out the discrepancy to the employee who said *I* was wrong, (I was like, okay maybe, I'll check when I get home), however when I came home and double checked with the insurance company they confirmed the amount I was charged was incorrect.And by the way, this is not about the amount, it's about abiding by the agreements and contracts, were it otherwise, I would have taken their $ for taking down my review.caveat emptor

This is a depressing store with terrible customer service. They will not comply with their obligations under the drug plan they signed up for, and will stick you with an unauthorized co-pay. Chris the pharmacy tech is especially rude. An awful experience.

The professionals at this pharmacy are outstanding! I got 2 COVID booster shots there. The staff was both friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all of your needs.

This is a lovely neighborhood pharmacy staffed by people who actually care about their customers. They are incredibly accessible and easy to get ahold of, and they actually follow up and call you back if they say they will! One of the few pharmacies I can trust to actually follow through and handle things on their end. Chris is especially awesome. I needed help with a refill and not only did he look into it, but he called me the next day to check in and hear how things were progressing on my end. That level of service is pretty rare, and I really appreciated it. For residents of LCF, I highly recommend Flintridge Pharmacy. They make the experience of picking up medication simple, painless, and straightforward.

The other reviewers on here are correct. The pharmacy staff are nice, and are customer service oriented, but the pharmacist's attitude is short, abrupt, rude, and he obviously doesn't like dealing with people. Might I suggest rising above, and changing your bad attitude so you can care for patients instead of leaving them with such an awful impression? I wanted to like this independent pharmacy, but I just don't want to deal with a pharmacist who seems so angry.

I love this neighborhood pharmacy. They always welcome me by name with a smile I am not just a number. I went in today to pick up some prescriptions and was able to get my flu shot as well. The staff always go the extra mile for me.

This is my local pharmacy. Everyone here is friendly and eager to help. It has also been my go to for all my Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters as well as my annual flu shot. I have a busy schedule and enjoy the freedom of being able to walk in and get what I need.

We love Flintridge Pharmacy! Recently, we inquired about purchasing a walker for my father-in-law as he had injured his leg. Michael spent a lot of time with us on the phone, giving us all the information needed to purchase a walker. He even compassionately offered to stay late so that we could deliver the walker that night to help my father-in-law. He took extra time to help us understand the medicare coverage process for walkers. Michael was very caring and helpful!

Absolutely the worst on filling prescriptions in a timely manner. Stick with Rite Aid or CVS if you're sick and need fulfillment relatively quickly! Owner hides from complaints
