Owner is very friendly and willing to spend time explaining the nature of precious stone business after the appraisal. The store locates in good neighborhood with easy to find street parking unlike stores in busy area which make me nervous even just for walking around. I highly recommend this store.

I got an jewelry appraisal from Kevork. He was extremely professional and turnaround time was about 2 days.. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. Plenty of parking on the street as well. I will be back if i need another appraisal!
