This place deserves 0 stars. I had a minor service on my 2009 Toyota Prius and a smog check. The smog check was fine, but the oil change was not done properly. The replaced oil filter was not properly inserted and the bolt on the oil pan was not screwed in tightly enough. My car was leaking massive amounts of oil when I drove it, but since it had been raining and this is an extra vehicle, I did not notice it right away. When I attempted to resolve the situation with Comfort Auto they refused to tow my vehicle back to their shop to fix their mistake. The owner even said that I probably did the damage to my vehicle. I decided not to bring my vehicle back there and took it to Bob Smith Toyota instead. I have always taken my vehicles to Bob Smith Toyota, but decided to try this place since I needed a smog check from a certified station. Boy was that a mistake! I will never go back to this place and will advise everyone I know to never take their vehicles there. They do shoddy work and then refuse to accept that they made a mistake and make it right.

My friend has a older Lexus. He had car problems yesterday, and had to come to Comfort Auto because it was the closest auto repair shop in the area. My friend was a former part time mechanic in college, so he knows whether or not the labor fit the price. All in all, the work done at this auto repair shop was adequate and fair.
