This bank is so unprofessional. They never answer the phone and the employees are a little rude. Sometimes there is just a teller and no banker available. How does a bank run like this? It's clear that Citibank has lackadaisical operational oversight and just allows the few employees that work here to do as they please.

The customer service has taken a plunge! New manager does not understand customer service and having to conduct business on same day. Because he was in a hurry to leave (mind you it was only 430pm) he actually asked me to come back next day to conduct my business. This has not been first time that management has been unable or unwilling to resolve business issues.

MARTHA URUBIO- district manager and LISA DELONEY are useless, selfish, and wastes of employees to that company. I have to emphasize rude and useless. I used to work there, Martha was warned to me by other colleagues for the impersonal and unprofessional way she conducts herself with employees. She has a HUGE, lack of leadership. She does not communicate effectively, she accuses employees of stealing, she has asked other bankers to hold tellers past their clock off time to fix small benign mistakes, she has rudely talked to workers and gets away with it because her position of district manager. Lisa Deloney, her boss; is equally the same. after leaving citi bank I was violently attacked by a transient on drugs at the doors of Sunland Tujungs Citi bank branch. which is also in HER district. I was bitten, and citi bank managers came outside, looked at me; said they couldn't do anything as I was getting attacked- and then proceeded to go back inside and lock the doors as the transient attempted to suffocate me. I never received a call back the offices of either Martha Urubio, nor from Lisa Deloney. I was told I would get a call back on multiple occasions to discuss the incident. I never received that call. do not work for either of these women. they're trash in walking form and they will end their own careers by the way they choose to run their district. I hope it comes to them both for all the stress and toxic work environment they have provided.

This bank will not treat you well unless you are Armenian! My husband and I came in to the LA Canada branch to open a business account. The large heavy Armenian woman that opened The account was being trained by someone else. However, this woman never sent us AA debit card never gave us a The account was being trained by someone else. However, this woman never sent us a debit card never gave us a Temporary card. Furthermore, she never activate the account. She was focusing on the wrong thing, she was telling my husband and me that I should be the boss instead of my husband. I thought this was pretty inappropriate. We came in to close our account and marine was extremely rude a total j**** She didn't count out the money she has no basic banking skills. Kaitlin and Marine useless! A little old man went in and was having trouble paying his bill and Caitlyn would not help him. She was a total j***

Been banking here 20 years. Gone are the highly professional days of yore. New staff. Made promises to call. Went in personally regarding a very important banking need I had. They promised to call me by the end of the day with an answer. No call ever came. I had to drive over there three times to get service. Finally, they made an appt. with me to handle the affair, called me an hour later and asked to change that appointment to a later time. Very frustrating. Just not acceptable. Save your time.

This is an oddest thing. A local brach of a giant conglomerate, yet so service oriented! A handfull of staff that offer fierce competition to all of your combined acvumulated experiences elsewhere. Outstanding.

Have had long standing relationship with two branches. Montrose and now La Canada Citi bank. Although small in size the staff is BIG in offering all services we clients desire. Loans, checking, savings, safe deposit boxes and brokerage support. They Always say yes. Always seem to solve all your financial questions and needs.

Poor customer service experience, went in to deposit a check and they placed 60% of the funds on hold although there was 7x the check amount in my account. To top it off it was a company payroll check from my employer. When I asked to have the check back I was told they could get the manager to release the entire amount but it would be after lunch when she returned. Shame on me as I naively agreed and low and behold the funds were still on hold that day (a Friday ) and the rest of the weekend. Of course this branch was closed on Saturday so the funds were held the entire weekend. Now Monday I have to make a visit or make the brave attempt of calling and wasting more of my valuable time to get my money released. This is the exact reason in person bank branches will no longer exist in a few short years. I hope you can understand that you are the reason that your job security will be lost, you and only you are going to be the responsible party for the closure. If you want a different outcome perhaps you should be the change in the system that makes people wanting and needing to come in. I doubt that will happen but hope for the best.

Greatest branch and amazing customer service. The branch manager,Amber makes sure you have the greatest experience as a customer. If Citi was ever to let her go, then I would take my banking else where.
