Went to get a fountain drink and saw several (live) ants in the ice. I told the cashier (not his fault I know) and he was like “oh we’ve been trying to fight those for awhile” and just shrugged. My concern is if this is an ongoing issue why is the soda machine still open?! Careless business. I won’t be returning to Valero again.

Was on a walk with my baby in a stroller and Valero refused to turn on the air because I wasn’t purchasing gas. So I had to push my baby 2 miles with a stroller with a flat tire. This place has horrible customer service and would not recommend ever.

RUDEST cashier. She clearly hates her job. She shouldn't be working with the public at all! Unbelievable how people have bad attitudes!!!

Prices are higher than many other local stations. Mini mart is clean and well stocked. Location is convenient.

Two pumps not working. Cashier was not especially helpful. I finally just went to the Shell down the street, where, surprise, I went up to the first pump and easily got gas!
