Leela was very rude to me. Usually I have a great experience at the Kingsburg post office. Today was an exception. Leela is not a staff member who has helped me there before, everyone else is very kind and helpful. Today I brought in some packages. She said they could not be sent in their current state. Before I had a chance to respond or ask her questions, she physically pushed my packages aside and called up the next customer. I was speechless.

I'm totally disappointed with the kingsburg post office. Our little dog, Samson, got lost on 07-08-23 and my husband put up posters on the community mailboxes in our area (Reagan Square) this morning and the mail carrier tore them off. I went to the post office to complain and Sergio told me that the post master that this was policy. I told him that we just want people to help us find.our beloved pet.

Couldn't even put my mail in the mailbox, just dropped it on my front porch. Granted it was only a supermarket flyer but still. Should say it wasn't my regular mail person but it's not like he had to climb a flight of stairs to get to rhe mailbox

Was suppose to get a package delivered today but there was an “animal interference” funny thing is I don’t have pets. So,dumb excuse for not delivering my package.

I ordered a package and it was out for delivery, I've been here all day and usps decides they want to hold my package and say it was at my request. Not true. Horrible service.

In the hundreds of post offices I have been in, this ranks near the top if not the top. All of the clerks are helpful and friendly. Wait times are generally less than 1 minute. I wish all Post Offices were this way.

Absolute worse service. The mail clerk was not listening to anything I was saying, complete robot, another mail clerk comes running in the frantically, everybody is on edge there now because of this random mail clerk, I do not how they are still in buisness, or even why these workers work there if they are so miserable, have to drive to selma for a less stressful situation. Never ever again.
