The service is terrible. The white Karen doesn’t let us use the restroom. She is the b word and she said she doesn’t care about the service. Hope Sinclair would act on this. Cheap gas and cheap service. I would give this a 0 star but it doesn’t let me.

I stopped to put gas and use restroom with my four year old and the restroom was a mess and my card information got stolen there charged my card over $600.

We went to stop for gas and the old white Karen with the hose was so rude. The service is awful. The lady was rude to my dad. We told them to improve their service and the old white Karen said "I don't care". Please Sinclair if you see this fire her or improve your quality of service. I would give this a zero star but it doesn't let me.

Don't go here, they can't keep an operating rest room for long distance travelers. I don't know where this paying customer can go now.

Yelp says 11pm, door says 10pm but I was told "CLOSED, counting my drawer!" at 9:40pm... asked if she'd be reopening which could not have annoyed her more, by the loud "UGH what do you need?" Pointed out it says 10pm and asked if she's opening back up at all; I didn't need to come in but needed to pay cash for my gas. Cue the eye roll and second sigh, she took my cash and you'd think I asked her to do something major... nope, just to do what you're paid to do! It's an unclaimed business and I bet it stays that way because the owner should be ashamed to know he hired such an unpleasant cashier. Maybe she's having a bad night? Not my fault jeez. I make the drive about once every 2 months from Sacramento to Los Angeles, and can say with certainty I will never stop there again!

Cannot thank Sam Garcia enough for going above and beyond providing service to me. I was stranded on the highway with my daughter, Sam made sure we were both accommodated with everything we needed. The pickup time was very short and he did a great job making sure my car was taken care of. Would recommend this company and Sam to anybody out there. Thank you once again.
