In one day, I drove from Visalia to Selma with different companies telling me I had a battery , starter, or alternator issues. I brought my auto into Kingsburg Smog and Auto and they found it was a simple pin replacement for my clutch. They saved me a lot of time and money and I will be glad to bring my business back to this location.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you are a female I would not recommend this place. Mark is very rude and does not listen to what is being said about what could be potentially wrong with the vehicle. I’ve taken my car in 3times this year and still having issues. They have asked for me to take it back but the trust is now gone. When something as simple as the the bolts on the new water pump not being tightened causes me to be stranded at night after I’ve spent well over a thousand dollar for the fix, that is unacceptable and unprofessional.I 100% feel taken advantage of.

Had a car die on me near here and I got it towed to this shop. They checked it out and let me know that my car was a goner. They let me park my car in their shop while I figured out what to do with it and then refused to take any payment for the inspection or storage. Kind hearted people. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them in the future.

I am VERY particular about where I take my truck, as it is one of my most treasured possessions. Kingsburg Auto Care was recommended to me by someone I trust and it was a great recommendation. I needed AC work, the compressor on my truck had died. Everyone I spoke with was open and upfront with all associated costs of the work I needed to have done. They got me in, in a timely manner, finished the work quickly and it was actually less than the quoted price. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning in the future and that's a GLOWING recommendation, considering how particular I am about ANYONE touching my truck.

I recently bought a 2012 vehicle with 163,000 miles on it. I was concerned with that many miles that the timing belt might not have been replaced. The recommendation is to replace it at 100,000 miles but I didn't know any history on the car. I called the Selma dealership for the brand of car that I bought and talked to a service writer. After waiting on the phone for a half hour, he gave me an estimate of more than $1800 to replace the timing belt. I thanked him and said goodbye. Then I called Mark Sesson at KINGSBURG AUTO and asked him if he could replace the timing belt on my car. I had been in earlier that day for an oil change, so he had all the information on my car in the computer and he told me he would check out what's involved along with the cost and call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and let me know that I was "one of the lucky ones." My car did not have a timing belt but rather a chain, which means it never has to be replaced. I was thrilled with the news. Mark saved me $1800. Several people had recommend Mark to me as someone who was trustworthy, and he certainly has proved to be that. Thank you Mark!
