My son took my vehicle in for maintenance work and power steering pump replacement, unfortunately the repairs were not done correctly and I had to take it back however, the owner made the correction and honored the warranty on the work. The owner and staff were honest and did everything possible to rectify the error and brought my vehicle to my home (which I greatly appreciated)Thank you Kingsburg Express!

I came to KEL with the sole intention of getting priced for a synthetic oil change for my Honda. I normally go to Selma Honda for my oil change but I was in a time crunch and honestly I did not want to spend my entire morning waiting to change the oil. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I was quoted at 20 minute wait time and under $100 for an oil change!! (Wow, what a bargain) Any who, I said "what the heck, I'm here let's get it done" and just the owner grabbed my keys and changed my oil himself. I did not have to wait the 20 mins after all!! Woo Hoo!! What a humble man to "put my car in the air" as they call it. This left a really good impression on me for future reference and to tell anyone else who might me needing an oil change soon. Fantastic job Kingsburg Express Lube!
