I found it quite difficult to communicate my concerns and wants. Portal to submit information not functional. I had to submit same info multiple times. Never sure what was completed. Progress was not shared with me.

We were very pleased in our interactions with Ryan Dias and his team. We were able to lock in a great rate during these unstable times as well as have constant conversations about the loan process and escrow fees.The loan estimates were very accurate and we were kept in the loop during the closing of the loan.
