First time going here. It was pretty busy but i was taken in pretty quick and the worker A. Gonzales did an amazing job helping me get my secured credit card and answering all my questions!

Waited in a huge line that took forever and discovered, to my shock, that they count money by hand and refused to use the money counting machine because my deposit was less than $10,000. The bank teller had an awful attitude as well as the MANAGER! Truly disappointed.

Ordered checks.... Price : 22 dollars.. Sure okay... Takes about 8- 10 days.... Uh okay sure Waited month and half! Called to follow up... " there is no record of checks being ordered" " il order them for you" Price 22 dollars....8-10 days... Agh ... Highly annoyed!

I generally like Wells Fargo and the customer service. However, this Wells Fargo has the longest wait times of any Wells Fargo I've run into. Lots of managers and other people running around, but usually not enough tellers servicing customers. Always a long wait. Last time there were 10+ people in line, 5 tellers and/or managers behind the counter, and branch manager chatting away outside of the bank. One 1 teller was servicing customers. After about 7 minutes they put a second teller on.
