The clerk was so unprofessional. Stopped to get gas their bathroom was out of order. Asked if he might know where I could find another bathroom. He ended up being belligerent and telling me he hoped I had a horrible day. Thank goodness I don’t live in King City.

Small gas station a little bit off the beaten path

Recently had an experience at this Valero where the pump I was at was broken and the gasoline started spilling out all over my car and onto the pavement. The pump did not stop when my tank was full.This was extremely dangerous during this time because it was mid day, over 100 degrees outside, very busy, and wildfires are going on in California at the moment. Exposed Gasoline all over the pavement is not safe.I talked to the manager at Valero to get a refund for the spilled gasoline I paid for, to make him aware his pump was broken, and so he can quickly get the parking lot cleaned so it doesn't become a danger.He was extremely rude to me, he did not refund me any of my money, and he did not seem concerned. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I recommend traveling down the road to the Shell gas station for a better experience.
