Wish I could leave 0 stars. I struggle getting refills every single time I come here, no matter if I call in days in advance. I'm always told my medication is ready and it's not. No one knows how to do their job here.

Are you guys going bankrupt? You're a multi million dollar corporation and haven't been able to fix the AC cooling problem at your King City CA branch for 3-4 years now? Someone should upload the conditions of this store and share it because nobody seems to be aware enough to fix the problem.

The management of the King City Rite Aid is apparently going from bad to worse. The pharmacy never opens on time. the line for pharmacy service often has ten customers waiting, prescriptions called in are lost, and there seems to be no concern on the part of management. King City deserves better.
