I’ve been a customer for MANY years. And it’s sad how these girls esp the manager the big chunky one with freckles all over scam u for your $!! Said my “free phone” after taxes came out to $200+ when I requested a receipt she said they had no paper. This isn’t the first time either I’ve bought pricier phones that were 200-400 on the website and end up being $1k plus in the store and they always say their card machine wasn’t working??so only took cash. Weird and fishy. Would not recommend. Request a receipt and if they can’t give it to you call customer service and ask for your refund. They really should be investigated for embezzlement keeping your activation fees and working with other companies to buy numbers so they can charge you the full price of the phone but yet your really paying for the discounted price RIDICULOUS and shame on whoever the higher ups are!
