Terrible customer service, did not like dealing with the manager!!!!

OK on Saturday I went in to open an account the lady greeting people in told me that they didn’t have time to open an account but I could do it online and it would take me only 10 to 15 minutes I decided to make an appointment online so I could walk in the branch so I made it for Wednesday the 19 today i arrive at 9am the lady tells me I still have to turn on my computer so have a seat and I’ll get you when I’m ready I said OK so I looked at my watch to see the time, the employee from chase tells me oh just to let you know it takes like an hour to two hours to open an account. I told her I came Saturday and you told me it takes 10 to 15 minutes. She said yeah online with us it’s like 2 hours to open an account I told her OK all open it online. so if you’re planning to open an account in King City branch don’t waste your time going in to the branch do it online. it was so weird the same lady that was greeting people in on Saturday around 11 AM was the same lady that I had my appointment today to open up my account and they didn’t have any people in on Saturday or today I know why now man if you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t be doing it

Wow nice hometown bank. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Place was small but clean. They were very nice despite being from out of town. They treated me like a regular customer.

Didn't feel very welcomed. I got what I wanted but didn't seem pleased over my experience here. Pretty typical experience but nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing to complain about either
