I get gas at AmPm all the time, every time I try to get a receipt the pump is out paper, so I have to walk all the way in to get a receipt from cashier. Simple problem to solve. I hope management addresses this issue.

I get gas here all the time with my personal vehicle and company vehicle, and lately your pumps have stopped providing receipts it’s making it very inconvenient having to go inside and wait in line for my receipt when it should have been a rather quick stop

I get fuel here every other day for years , I used to get a receipt at the pump but haven’t in a few months ! I have to wait in line inside the store! Waisting my time. I need receipts for my business !

I chose to stop at this location to charge my electric vehicle. When I arrived, a non-electric Mercedes was parked in front of the charger. I waited a few minutes for someone to come out and move it. It turns out it belonged to an employee and not a customer. The employee was alone so could not leave to move the car. She said she could move it in 5 minutes. 17 minutes later when I returned from grabbing a coffee, it was still there. I went somewhere else.

Came around 4 am to grab medications as I’m on a trip. The store says 24 hours but the door was closed, and there was a woman in the back making sandwiches who didn’t even come to tell me. She just yelled from the back down to the front and said they were closed. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable the way this person screamed at a customer. Please get your s*** together.

Nice, clean bathrooms. But they had no burgers, sandwiches, or any other hot food on a Sunday at 8PM - prime travel time.

Doesn't even stay open when they say they are open. Went to grab a late night snack and the door was chained and people were knocking. Either staff is lazy or they have some new policies.

On amtrack bus and haven't had a chance to get anything from anywhere besides our bus stop right next to ampm and bought myself a drink.An hour later I get random charges from my bank.Very interesting and wasn't so sure when I was at the cashier why the card reader was zip locked down.

i visited this location on Tuesday august 10th 2021 at 430pm. i visit this location a lot and each and every time the receipts do not print at the pumps and you must go inside to get your receipt.i went inside and there was a long line. i waited, and provided my pump number and gas purchase total to make it easier for the clerk to find my receipt.when it was finally my turn, i accidentally gave the wrong pump number (9 instead of 10) and the clerk said that he didn't find that total on that pump. he didn't offer any other solution/help me determine what pump i was at, so all i could do was go back and see what pump i had used.after i came back inside, i then had to wait in the long line again until i finally got my receipt. i asked for a manager and the clerk said the manager was not on duty.you guys need to stop being lazy and refill your receipt tape, and you need to provide better customer service. i shouldn't have to wait in the long line twice when i knew my exact total. the clerk could have called me to the front of the line after i had determined my pump, or he could have helped me find the pump himself since i gave him my exact total.please have a manager get back to me asap. i have submitted complaints via the online form. if i am not responded to then i will begin to reach out to regional and executive level people at the company.thanks

awful stop 1:30 am - stop - august 2. was with amtrak, we stopped here for break and food, rest room. the attendant/cashier didn't do anything with the nachos, they ran out of cheese i told him about it and he's just oh maybe it needs to be pushed down. no cheese at all. then zero toilet paper. empty hand sanitizer stand. the toilet paper is unforgivable. that's what made me write this review. you are a cashier you should be in charge of everything in this store. whatever his name is.

Went to AmPm in King City after doing some yard work. Was told debit only because they don't have change. I asked if I would still get charged for using my debit card and the clerk said yes. If they don't have change and you have to use your card why would they still charge you the $.35 convince fee. It isn't right

This is a busy gas station, selling Arco branded gas at an AM/PM store on Broadway in King City. Just off Hwy 101. Gas price was average. But I simply couldn't get my Visa card to work at the pump. So, I trudged into the store, got in line, and when my turn came, presented my credit card. No dice. Cash and debit only at this station. Undeterred I paid cash, but wasn't a happy camper. No credit cards accepted? That just doesn't seem right.
