“This location on Prescott, the Hatch location in Ceres and the Grocery Outlet in Manteca are Fantastic. I previously worked at two Grocery Outlets as well and the Company blessed me in 2012 with $1000.00 to stay home and take care of my mother when she was diagnosed with Lung cancer. The company, Grocery Outlet Bargain Market is debt free. Not many companies can say that. They go all over to buy products for all of us as customers to get us the best deals. Nothing is expired ever and they have vendors who partner with Grocery Outlet like Sara Lee , Bimbo and more. I am not paid to say this and I can tell you that, previously working at two Grocery Outlets changed my perspective greatly about the company and who they choose as there candidates for Owner/Operators. Excellence is in everything they are shooting for and trying to achieve. Everytime you walk into the Grocery Outlet in Manteca or Grocery Outlet in Modesto on Prescott or the newest Location on Hatch Rd in Ceres. Always know that the Owners/Operators work very hard everyday to make sure your getting the best deals.”
“Hands down best Grocery Outlet in my area. The prices are always amazing, the workers are so nice and helpful, and I don't know how much they get paid put they deserve 3x of what they get. And I love how they show on your receipt how much you saved it really puts it in perspective on how much you saved. And the store is very clean. The owner is doing AMAZING with the Store.”

“The staff here are all awesome and friendly. Pet friendly which is fantastic for my two fur babies that I take in with me from time to time. This is my #1 go to on the West side of Modesto for any time of the day snacks among other products they provide. Thank you and hats off to the wonderful staff here. “Clean, big, and plenty to choose from. I like that this Dollar Tree has big bags of individual bags of pretzels for snacks for my kids. They have a big assortment of books and coloring books. They have a lot more of everything because it's such a big store. The customer service is wonderful and it's closer to me then the Oakdale Rd. location. Glad they opened this one.”

“In and out. If u know where to find what u need then it's a great place to shop. The staff were plesent,fast and friendly. Prices were great and affordable. Front end manager was very helpful with my questions as well as walking me over to the section that I needed to find what I am looking for. The service was great and the door greater ,greated us the minute we stepped in the store. Over all the store was clean andbthe staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. I recomend any body looking to shop, stop by dd's and see for your self as I did. You wont be sorry. If yoi need anything while in the store just ask for the front end manager she is the greatest.”
“Ice creams are good and are cold and fresh they got the popular ice cream of fruits with other Japanese, korea and China snacks. They sell food like tacos, burgers, corn dogs, drinks etc. And even clothes, hats, backpacks, boots, I recommend to get the frozen candys they chewing and full of favor. And the ice creams. and the food there is so bomb/good for a cheap price.”

“Okay so... I was unpleasantly surprised that Dollar General is not a $1 only store, but it does have good prices. I went at night and was scared I might be in a bad area, but most of the customers were families with children or teenage girls. All the cashiers at the time were women so I felt safe there. Nice selection of stuff, including some tasty ice cream varieties like twinkies that you wouldn't expect to see at a mini mart. Clean, well stocked.”

Its always well stocked and the employees r very helpful and courteous.i give the 5stars 2the young man that works evenings.hes fast patient greets u when u walk in.great service. There's a lady that works that has an attitude and acts bothered if asked something.never smiles and is rude.especially to people that had a lot of stuff and customer uses the coupons.well those take a few min 2 go thru at register.she gets impatient and an attitude.not friendly.but the young man with black hair is a very good employee.”

“This is my Main hometown store that I’ve been coming here for years and years. I can honestly say, they carry low prices, have lots of items in stock and employees are helpful.Compared to the new big WM down the street, this is my go to store for quick items or to refill my fridge. Yes lines can get long but patience is what you need. Seems like people hate waiting in long lines and are the same “road rage drivers” swerving in an out of lanes causing accidents because “their time is more valuable and in a hurry” then YOURS. So don’t listen to a review if it starts with “I waited forever or long lines” cause that’s everywhere. If you hate waiting In long lines wherever you go, why don’t you apply for a job and be a next “cashier”. LolAnyways, friendly staff, low prices, have what I need, and yes a manager was able to give my my missing “garbage can lid” that I didn’t know the one I purchased didn’t come with one. I saw the same ones with lids on them and asked and he approved me to grab a “lid”. A.though it was free, I paid for it long ago without a lid …..Now that’s EXCELLENT SERVICE RIGHT THERE!”
“Very close to my residence, super convenient to grab some energy drinks or water or...nowadays pretty much anything you need! ??♂️ ?? Even Coolant for your car or motor oil not to mention they even have tools and mechanics work gloves! I'm telling you they have it all! ?? The only thing I wish they would do differently is actually open the other registers and hire some more employees to help check out guests a lot a faster instead of only having one of them open causing 1 LONG line and then you end up late for work waiting to check out a few items ??♂️ other than that they are GREAT! ??”
“Love the dollar tree! I love going here! There is Always, Always something NEW to discover here!!! They always have plenty of cute party decorations, cards, gift bags,boxes and wrapping paper, tissue paper and shredded colored paper to fill the gift bag or box. They have a lot of good snacks and serving trays as well.”
“I stopped by today and bought some hair clippers. The packaging was bulletproof but the cord was damaged. I was able to exchange it for another one. The young lady who assisted me went out of her way and was courteous and helpful. She even helped me by opening the new one. The Hughson store is my jam. Everyone there is great.”
