“I read the reviews and decided to check it out for myself. I like the close convenient location, just minutes from my home. The owner explained in detail the work they would do and what my options were. He understood that I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance, therefore he tried to make my dollar stretch. He did not take advantage or try to sell me on more even though my car is older and could definitely use more "fixing". He walked me through the quote so I understood what he was charging me for and what he chose not to charge me for. He checked for non dealer parts pricing to provide me options. My car was ready 1 day prior to what was estimated. I was surprised to see that they went ahead and fixed 2 small dents that was not quoted, just to be nice. They used top of the line paint that wont chip, this was huge for me since previous work done used poor quality paint and I had lots of chipping over the years. The entire staff was professional and kind. I felt safe and waited in the waiting room for my ride. Excellent experience overall and would return and tell my friends to go here.”

“Despite the store being really busy, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Joey was my main contact. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting the correct fit for a helmet. He went through different steps to achieve this. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but was interested in a Bluetooth setup as well. Originally I was going to go with a less expensive one (Notice not cheap lol) but Joey explained why the step above was a better choice of quality. So I purchased a two pack, one for myself and one for my brother. The membership plan was a great decision as well. So in the end I purchased a membership plan, a Sedici helmet, and 2 Bluetooth setups. Overall, it was a very great experience and time. In the future when I have any questions or need assistance, I’ll be hitting Joey up. He’s the man!! The transaction was a lot easier than I thought it would be and they helped me to get a loaner from Hertz while my car was in the shop. I was amazed at the job they did, fixing my car in a good amount of time, even cleaning my interior by vacuuming and polishing seats and dash! I could not have asked for a better experience. I returned and left my rental, and they called Hertz to pick it up. Take a lot of worry off of your mind, use Jester's. They go above and beyond for their customers. It's a nice change from the companies that are out there today, giving you grief and minimal effort. “I went in there to get some breaking fluid, and the young lady that helped me was such a doll she was so sweet the reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 is because the other lady working with her was so rude to me when I asked if I could use the restroom to just wash my hands. Which is no problem but she said it really rude and with attitude that is was not for public. But the lovely Brandy I believe was her name went out of her way to help me and even gave me some wipes to at least help me. I hope she eventually gets to get a higher position she deserves it!”

They quoted me a price but then discovered further damage, I offered to compensate but they stuck to the original quote which I didn’t expect but greatly appreciated. The repair to the frame rail was seamless and everything is fitting as it should. They saved my baby for a fair price, I highly recommend this shop!”

“I had to go in 30 min before closing on Saturday night to have my batter and alternator tested. All 3 men were friendly and professional. I was helped by a gentleman who was very informative and seemed to know his stuff about automotive issues with our brief talk about my problem truck and a lot of battery questions. He directed me to the store manager who also assisted with looking up my last battery purchase and answering additional questions I had regarding portable battery jumpstarters. Although I did not interact with the 3rd gentleman much, he was friendly by acknowledging a customer in the store and mopping the floors in a safe and hardworking manner.
