Just wanted to thank a certain employee named Alexa I believe at the coffee shop. Was traveling with a baby and she went above and beyond to help us out with our situation. Very friendly person and great place to take the kids too when traveling long distance

Surprisingly satisfying and good place in the middle of a drive to/from LA. The coffee is very good!

This store was a fun little stop on my travels. They have a variety of goods I haven't seen at other places. The reason for my 3 stars is specifically because of my encounter getting ice cream. I wanted to support this business but the lady who helped me was rude. I wanted to sample a few flavors to see what I'd like she said we don't sample.. luckily I loved what I got but 5.50 for a scoop of ice cream would've been a waste if I did not

Loved it! The candy selection is vast & nothing is over priced. They have Doc Bernstein's ice cream in the case. If you know, you know!

What an interesting Duty Free shop! At the very least I didn't see sales tax being charged on my receipt. This overgrown sundry shop seems to have everything you can hope for in a touristy gift shop. You just need to see for yourself. So big, it feels like the new highlight of Kettleman City. There is plenty of parking and certainly convenient for trailers and RVs. The field of SuperChargers are also quite the convenience.A great place to give both your vehicles and behinds a rest, there is a great BBQ restaurant, Ice Cream shop, and clean restrooms.

This is our go-to resting stop whenever we’re traveling on I-5. Gas up the car nearby and grab food, then walk over here for a quick bathroom stop and some treats for the drive. There aren’t a ton of food & gas stops along this stretch of highway, but this is our favorite one for sure.

Amazing selection of snack/gift items. Wide range of cooking spices, rubs, jams, soups, and sauce. You also find a variety of novelty trinkets an antiques. With Shooting galleries, ice cream and a BBQ restaurant The Shoppe is a must if you're going by it or like us... worth the hour and half drive out.

So we come here for the maple almonds and butter toffee pecans. Waiting for them to offer maple pecans! It's a shopping place that provides a stretch break when traveling on 5, but this shop just keeps going! Flavored almonds/pecans/peanuts/pistachios/etc, Handmade candies, Ice cream, Coffee, Old school shooting games, antiques upstairs, and a restaurant in the back.Apparently the restaurant is owned by someone else, but seemed to be popular. We didn't try that...just got some coffee with the nuts!Theres plenty of parking, BUT getting OUT of parking lot when it's crowded isn't easy...that light takes FOREVER to turn!

Fun rest stop for road trip from So Cal to No Cal or on the way back.Great place to stop with small children to stretch your limbs and use restrooms. They have a playground area that looks like a Backlot of a Western movie. There are also picnic tables so adults can relax while the kids run about. Great place to pickup souvenirs and local farmers market items. Candy, jams, honey, spices and cheese Oh My!Has great ice cream shop. My only complaint is the food served here is just basic hamburgers etc and nothing special about them. If you want a rest stop with better food would go to our standby Anderson's Pea Soup
