Nicole gave me an amazing !!!! Service, she goes above and beyond. She is very patient and explain everything with details. She really cares and I am very very grateful ? Devin did the installation and honestly they make a great team.he is a one of a kind person. Great customer service all around, thank you very much for your great work!!!!

I wouldn't even give this place one star they have the worst customer service. twice now I have called and got different people both have been so rude. The Internet is constantly up-and-down. I do not recommend this company at all pay a little more and go to lakelinx. Better customer service with lake linx all around. The old lady that answered the phone this morning had the worst attitude ever and all I was doing is paying my bill. $82 for pretty much dial up speed.

Robert came out in New Year weekend on a Saturday to help us. We disconnected everything to install new carpet and hooked up everything wrong. He was awesome and came out right away and fixed us up. Even added a direct cable from router to TV to give us faster speed on the TV apps. I highly recommend them for excellent WiFi and Totally Awesome customer service!!

Trash WiFi. Can’t even do anything on it. I’m playing games and if someone is on their phone on Facebook or something my game crashes cuz of the WiFi.
