Staff was friendly and helpful in giving advice on products. I have purchased granite countertop cleaner which I have never seen before in other stores. It works great and has a mint fragrance. ,?

Called the store and talked to the clerk asking for a soecific product. Youngster says, "yeah we have em." So we drive an hour to get there just to find out he only meant that he could order them. But then lies about what he said over the phone to us. I had him on speakerphone and all the people in my car heard him. Those lies cost them a lot offuture business
