I called in advance for an oil change this morning. The woman said to bring the truck in. I brought the truck in 15 minutes later. I sat there and knocked on the door for no less than 5 minutes. Then an older gentleman started opening the bay doors and proceeded to ignore me. A younger guy came out and asked if I needed help. I explained that I called about an oil change and was told to bring the truck in. He said "someone will help you in a moment". I sat there for no less than 10 minutes while the old and young guy milled about the shop aimlessly talking to each other. So I decided to leave. I guess they dont need the business.
