If I could rate with no stars I would , very unprofessional employee comes in crying on the phone yelling on the phone always on the phone every time I come in to pay my bill she is is always on the phone has her ear phones on seems lazy always has to call someone for help … I go before closing time and door is already locked up before time i came 10 minutes before closing time and the door is locked and they say they can’t help me to come back the next day .. I rather waste my gas and time driving to the Clovis and kings canyon store … a manger needs to be informed in my opinion you leave your life business problems at the door before you walk in

The employee did not give us the right information. Seemed lazy and looked like they don’t care. Definitely not professional at all. Didn’t seem to want to help when we needed it.

I usually buy my phones here in town but the Verizon store here in Kerman is always under staffed, and they don't put any effort in to helping you,will not do business with this store anymore ,will travel to fresno

Customer service was great! Jesse was very helpful! I Upgraded my phone and my information from the old phone was not transferring and he stayed after closing time to help me.

Went in with my family an hour and a half before closing, we were completely ignored by the staff. Not a “welcome in” or “we’ll be right with you” we weren’t even acknowledged so we left after about 10 minutes.

So, really wonderful person worked with me. Jasmin. Truly spent quality time with me to have everything explained to me, options, and good feedback from him. And to add, I arrived at 5:15 pm, a few customers in the store, closes at 6 pm, and with extra effort, stayed till 7:15 pm to complete my purchase and cellphone installation. I felt very fortunate to have this extra work and support. Very gracious.

I had to get a new phone and could not get it to upload. Julian was gracious and patient as he even had to call Verizon customer service for help, it took an hour but he persevered with way less frustration than i would have had if it was me on the phone....anyway, could not have figured it out on my own. thanks again to Julian, store Mng
