For years I tried out different stores in Sonoma, each was alright but it wasn't until I went to PetCo I realized what was missing: Great Customer Service.Every time I go in here I have a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always have what I need in stock and a great selection of EVERYTHING. From foods, beds, leashes and toys.While I know they're a chain, the local store really stands out!”

“Fideaux in Saint Helena is a charming little shop that's stocked with pet treats, cute accessories, toys, Halloween costumes, and just about everything you could need for your dog or cat. However, what truly sets this store apart is its exceptional customer service. When I visited with my two dogs, both of the friendly sales ladies working there greeted us immediately and even offered treats to my dogs, which we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness.The store is conveniently located in the heart of Saint Helena, surrounded by other boutiques and restaurants, and it's a magnet for fellow animal lovers. Our experience was wonderful, and we ended up purchasing some recommended chicken treats that our dogs absolutely devoured. The store has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a kitschy and cute vibe.”

“My dogs, Angus and Arya, love this place. They are happy when they arrive and trot themselves back to the waiting area for their baths. They always come home smelling great and happy. Deb obviously loves dogs and they are her passion, and the dogs can tell.”
“Love the wash for my dog! They clean up after you so you can leave all your fur with them! They do close the baths at 6 though so make sure you're done before then.”

I loved the collectic variety and friendly layout of plants, yard decor, and more.
A bit pricey, but it's definitely worth a gander to see the uniqueness of the selection.
They also have a discounted area with lots to choose from.”
