We went to celebrate a birthday and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. From the menu to the staff and even the chef we were blown away by the service we received. Would love to dine here again.

Our 3rd visit and once again, wine and food were delicious. Ann and John are welcoming and personable. So interesting to be able to experience how wine interacts with food. We look forward to visiting next year!

Great wine, unique flight. Good pairing was fantastic also. Little pricey at $80pp but for me it was worth it. The Pinot noir and risotto pairing was phenomenal.
More than a mere winery tasting room but not quite a full-service restaurant, the Mayo Reserve Room prepares small bites to showcase the family's wines. With a "tri-seasonal menu" (seasonal to the region, foods, and wine) of seven amuse-bouches matched with seven wines, what better way to experience the region? For instance, a one-ounce pour of Viognier could be linked with a lollipop of lavender-pistachio-crusted Crenshaw melon wrapped in prosciutto; or a particular wine sip might also star in the matched dish, as in the Syrah-cured pork belly with lentil tostada and Syrah grape leaf salsa verde. Keep an eye out for seasonal themes: a harvest menu using just-released wines as ingredients, an aphrodisiac menu, or a mustard menu. This sit-down tasting experience makes a novel, just-right lunch or a very light early dinner.
