“After driving up from San Diego for a weekend trip, and noticing some concerning things happening with my car on the way after having an oil change the day before, they graciously took a look at it 30 minutes before closing for the weekend and found that my oil filter had failed and I had lost more than 80% of my oil. They were able to replace the filter, fill it up, and keep us safe with peace of mind for the rest of the weekend and my drive back home. I am VERY grateful for them! They were kind, quick, and a true lifesaver even as I’m sure they were ready to head home. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of auto repair or service.”

“jeff's Twin Oaks Garage was very highly recommended to me by All American Rv Repair in Santa Rosa. The owners at All American told me that Jeff can handle any and all chassis-related repairs on large vehicles like motorhomes. I seriously (accidentally) bent the front automatic hydraulic jacks on our 2022 Winnebago view 24D... So badly that they were not usable anymore. Jeff was able to figure out a way to repair them and make them even better/stronger than before! His work was spot on, timely, straightforward, and his communication with me was always up-to-date. His competitive bid was a great value compared to all other bids. His office manager, Lilly is a sweetheart, and really knows the ropes for insurance claims. She is very experienced in that field. “I blew two tires on a pongol and Sonoma. I spoke with Steve at dewitch's tires. He informed me he had no tires of my size in stock and did not carry any used tires in that size. He said. Hold on a minute, he made a phone call. And within 40 minutes, he had me 2 tires there. Brand new kid human, his crew. Moved absolute mountains to get me out of the gym. I was in and I cannot say more good about them all. Thank you. Do it tires, you guys are extremely efficient. Well priced well staffed in top of the power. “I called several places to get quotes in Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa; even had an appointment with one that was the cheapest so far, but still significantly higher than the national average. I decided to call one more after googling "discount/cheap/good price auto glass, and Discount Auto Glass popped up. I remembered an experience I had with them a long time ago and was thrilled to see they were still around. I called and got quoted the lowest price, it was even lower than the national average! They said come in anytime I wanted that day for several rock chips in my windshield. While there, I remembered a problem I had with my driver's window rattling and asked about it. They literally had to take the whole door apart which is not quick or easy to do. Been there, done that! Everything was fixed/filled/repaired faster than I could actually read through my small pile of mail from that day! I thought my final cost would be at least 3 digits... Only $75!! I read other reviews on Yelp and they all sound spot on EXCEPT for the one stars. I read them thoroughly and can't help but laugh. One said that they talked down to her because she was a woman! I'm a woman and they were extremely respectful towards me! Another person was mad because they weren't happy with him pulling his own car into the garage! Guess what?! I'm a "woman" and even I know that even with an appointment, you never pull your car into the garage/bay until either they tell you to, or they do it their selves! It's a safety thing! Every automotive shop does the same thing. There's broken glass on the ground, other people's cars, etc. If you get hurt, even cut your baby toe, then they are liable for allowing you to be in there. I think that anyone who's ever been to a car shop knows that! Even the review about the inside of her car being hotter with the new glass! First off, most cars come with some kind of protective sun tint on it nowadays, but not all. Her car probably had it on their originally, but upon ordering the new windshield, got just what she ordered... A windshield. If you want the tinting, go to a tint shop! The glass place isn't responsible for making sure a tint shop returns your calls; they have their own calls to return! Yes, it means you have to call around and do a bit more research, but that's life! It's no one's fault. You can get mad about it, but don't get mad at the people that just helped you! These reviews are to rate service and how well "their job" was done, not about how we feel when we're frustrated with other things in our lives! This place is THE BEST I've ever been to for auto glass repair, and always the best prices. They're down to earth real people, not "walking talking billboards trying to rob you!" All of this coming from a woman too!”

“My classic Rialta broke down on a Friday on Hwy 12. I called Gary and explained the problem to him and he made some educated guesses as to what the problem would be. I caught a tow over to his shop, he put the scan gauge on it, and confirmed one of his guesses was right. Then he found the part (which was like a miracle) right there in Santa Rosa. He had my RV completely fixed by end of day! Great pricing, great service, unbelievably knowledgeable, super efficient. Recently, the Santa Rosa Volvo dealership told me that I needed new catalytic converters to the tune of $5400; took it to Morgan's, they diagnosed a faulty leak detection pump, replaced it for less than $500, car is running like a top, check engine light gone! “A few years ago I bought a Lotus Elan through Rich. It was a basket case, which is exactly what I wanted. Over the next two years I meticulously restored the parts of the car that were within my capabilities. Rich did the heavy lifting; built the motor, rebuilt the transmission, suspension, steering rack. And then he answered every two-sentence email question with a two-page reply, or countless time on the phone! “I feel like going to the auto body shop is the last thing anybody really WANTS to do... so imagine my surprise when G&C made this the easiest experience possible! I was rear-ended on the way home from work a couple of weeks ago. The other driver was young and had another accident on his record, so his family asked to pay for the repairs rather than going through insurance. I was nervous, but I had the other driver's info, and decided to stop by G&C for a quote on the repair cost...From start to finish, Ryan and Ashley both made sure I was completely taken care of! They wrote a detailed quote that was incredibly reasonable, and they also helped me coordinate payment with the other party. The entire process was incredibly smooth and took less than two weeks from the time I first walked in the door. The repairs themselves took less than two days, even with some additional service that was not included on my quote, with zero additional charge! They even washed my car for me, and believe me, I had been putting it off for months... Seriously, these folks are the real deal! I could not ask for a better experience. This is the first time I've ever had to deal with repairs after an accident, and the staff at G&C made sure I was comfortable and informed the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough! P.S. I would include pictures of my new bumper, but I don't really want my license plate on Yelp. You'll just have to take my word for it - my car has never looked better from the back!”

“I have a Ford F150. It showed a repair light. I brought it to Sonoma Truck & Auto. It was fixed on a timely basis. A week later the light came back on. Rigo fixed it again - no questions asked. This happened 3 times. Between the second and third repairs I moved to Europe for 6 months and left with the warning light on in the truck. I called and discussed the move with Rigo. He said, "no problem, just bring it when you return". I did. Again he fixed it with no questions asked. He informed me that he had missed one valve on each earlier repair. It now works great and Rigo has restored my faith in humanity. Thank you for standing behind your work.”

“Anton’s is the only place I take my car. I believe they only service European cars but the staff are efficient and do great work if you have a European car. Typically you drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening (for most things). They do offer to take you home and pick you up if needed.”
