“Customer service is #1! Finally moving out of the city and somehow attaining a backyard, my hunt for a new grill led me to Jackson’s as they are one of the few distributors of the brand I was interested in. From the moment I spoke to an associate on the phone, I knew I was working with qualified and passionate people. Chris was super knowledgeable and validated (as well as expanded) much of the prior research I had done online. Not pushy, yet professional and (again) passionate. My timing was fortunate as it lined up closely with their big annual sale. Since it was shaping up to be a larger purchase, they scheduled an early sale private shopping session for me before the official sale started. Chris made the extra effort to be there during my shopping session and continued to be a huge help. I look forward to having Jackson’s as my go-to hardware store. If you value customer service, you should make them yours as well.”

“After a delightful visit to their store in the Mission District, my friends and I decided to come see their Sausalito studio shop as well to see if we'd find other items to our liking. At the other shop we bought 2 dessert bowls from the Rim line. The Sausalito location is sizeable. Showrooms are smaller than Mission location, but still a lot of stock to browse through. The parking lot outside is on unfinished ground -- so beware of large puddles and uneven flooring. Once inside, they offer all their usual collections AND also a whole wall of "factory seconds". These are items that are good to use, but may have some minor defects. They were also come at a discounted price! We were there on Thurs, Dec 28 and it was very busy. Lots of people coming in and out and not much room to move around. It was good that they had about 2 staff at the cashier, and 2 other younger staff milling about to help with any questions. Many of them were masked which I also appreciated during this season of high covid/flu/cold transmission! They also had a small cart by the cashier that was for items you want to buy -- so you can put down safely while continuing to browse. I found a couple of beautiful matte side platters in Chile from the factory seconds wall, and also from the regular section: 2 plates from the Rim line to go with the dessert bowls I had already purchased the week before. As with previous experience, I told the staff here that I was flying with these items and so they wrapped them up with thick packing paper, and they made it safely home. I love how they all look fantastic together, and also look very "Heath"! I've used them a couple of times thus far. I've be hand-washing these items carefully. Will see how they last!”

“Folks here are very knowledgeable and helpful, if you know generally what you need.They are a plumbing and heating supply wholesaler serving contractors primarily, but our plumber sent us there to pick some products. They were patient and helpful, even though they're not typically working with retail customers.They have some things on display, but the counter is fairly busy with contractors, so not really a retail shopping destination.”
“These guys are awesome!! Very attentive and detailed. I had a small issue with the stripping seal on the edge of glass door and they stopped by and resealed with no issues. Highly recommend and the install and materials is first class!!”
“We've used Julie Williams Design for two renovations and couldn't be happier. She's meticulous with the details, and all the vendors she orders through couldn't be nicer if something were to go wrong. Crack in the sink? They'll replace it. Ding on the bathtub? She's got a guy that can make that disappear. Shower door friction? They'll be onsite within days to remove and ensure this isn't a problem for her clients. She also will meet with the whole family (kids included) to ensure their aesthetic is incorporated into the final look. She'll provide a flawless flow from room to room, from wallpaper to tile to floors to beams and everything in between. Her pricing is fair and reasonable, and she goes above and beyond, coming onsite weekly to ensure all is as it should be. I highly recommend her, and she's worked with different GC's for us—constantly, ensuring everything is built and designed to perfection.”

I had a problem with an order, and Rob could not of been nicer in helping me resolve it. He certainly went above and beyond, going the extra mile to help me. These days when customer service is almost nonexistent, it was refreshing to see it's alive and well at Ferguson's and says a lot about the company. If you need anything to do with plumbing supplies, I'm happy to give my unconditional recommendation to them--you won't be disappointed.”

Ashley was attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns, and effectively resolved the issue by assisting me with the exchange. As a result, I purchased a new item that was twice the price of the original one—a win for the store as well!
In contrast to my previous visit, where the manager on shift was dismissive and didn't take the time to listen to me, Ashley's excellent customer service made a significant difference.
