I'm just adding to all the other positive reviews out there. All the trainers at Fuse are incredible - patient, knowledgeable, focused. It's the least intimidating workout space I've experienced and that in itself is worth 5 stars. They really get to know you, your capabilities and what your goals are and prepare a tailored, effective and manageable program. If you're on the fence, don't be. It deserves all the great ratings!

After a year of COVID and zoom classes I decided I needed to do a safe in person training program, for mental and physical energy! Signing up at Fuse Fitness to work with Pascha Brown was one of the best ideas of 2021. Twice a week I have been meeting with her and began the 6 Week Fitness & Total Body Transformation Challenge in September!!! I lost 8 pounds, 3 inches off my hips. 3 inches off my waist, and can fit into favorite outfits and dresses that I have not worn since 2013!! Thrilling! It looks like I lost 15 lbs because of all the inches lost through exercise and diet. The recipes in the Complete Recipe Manual are delicious and stress fresh produce. I was never hungry, could not actually eat all the food I was supposed to! Going to keep going to lose those last 2-3 lbs now and excited to feel so GOOD! Pascha and the Fuse Fitness Team on Colusa are supportive, responsive and super positive. I highly recommend Fuse Fitness! The indoor/outdoor exercise areas are very clean and safe, definitely restricted use/ limited attendance. There was never more than one other trainer in the gym when I trained. Everyone wore masks inside.

I've been training and taking classes at The Fuse for over 6 years. Pascha and Kristin have built an incredible business, warm and welcoming community. As I've gotten older, my body has definitely changed. Kristin is really awesome at meeting me where I'm at day to day. It is such a supportive environment. Kristin, Pascha, and all of their trainers are professional, skilled, kind, creative, and friendly. I love the community-oriented environment. Recently, I also started training with Tre. He is patient, kind, and he created a fun and supportive workout for me. He also built in a good stretching routine to help me find some desk-life balance. I can't recommend The Fuse Fitness enough. This is the place to join for small group classes and personal training. Plus you can feel good about supporting a woman-owned small business.

Out of all the fitness places I have joined over many years, Fuse Fitness is far and away the best! The owners and instructors are so welcoming, skilled and accommodating of the various fitness levels in each small group class. There is no group pressure to perform at a certain level. You determine how hard to push yourself in each class. They have built a real community - somehow they attract the nicest people - which is always important but even more so as we wade through the pandemic. I look forward to going to their classes and once finished, feel energized and ready to face the day. This place is a gem!

I hate working out, but Fuse Fitness and Kristin make it so much fun. I always feel enthused as soon as I start working out with Kristin, even now days online she is just as good. My body and strength have changed and improved dramatically since I began working out with Kristin. Thank you!

Kristin and Pascha have created such a wonderful community at The Fuse Fitness. This is not a run of the mill gym. They truly care about each client and are passionate about fitness, general health and well-being.

Fuse has all the right elements to keep me going back and staying committed to working out. Fuse is a community. The trainers all know my name, classmates greet each other, and trainers will follow-up with me personally on problems and fixes I've asked them about. I also love that Fuse offers many different class times with different trainers, all with their own styles and strengths. I considered getting a 24 Hour Fitness subscription at one point, but it lacked the sense of community and humanity that Fuse brings to working out. If you want to train with people who are friendly, who care about your well-being, and are never intimidating, but instead, encouraging and supportive, I'd say check out Fuse.

I've been training with Kristin for more that 9 years. I think I'm in the best shape I could possibly be in except when I was 40 years younger. She has a remarkable ability to push you right to the limit with no hint of injury or excess. The studio exudes positive energy. I always say that when I leave I've just had a big cup of endorphins.

Started seeing Kristin 8+ years ago to try and stave off hip surgery. Didn't work but recovered super fast and am now in better shape than I have been since being in an Olympic Developement program many many years ago. She has a unique ability to push me right up to the edge without going so far as to risk an injury. The studio has fantastic positive energy. I say its like having a cup of endorphins after each visit. As an added bonus, years of a quirky back have faded into the distance because I believe Kristin to be an incredibly knowledgeable trainer. Highly recommend both the Fuse and Kristin.

So glad I found Fuse Fitness! Working with Victor for 6 months has built my strength, flexibility and confidence. I was like the Tin Man after so many years sitting behind a computer. I found my body again! Such a positive experience!

Imagine your weight has gone from 200 pounds of muscle to 368 pounds in a little over a year and a half, you can barely climb your own driveway or the stairs in your home and its all due to psoriatic arthritis. What’s my arthritis pain what are you control I examined my options for losing the weight. I can try something like Pritikin at the cost of $6600 a week or I could craft a program with fuse fitness at the core. Hi shows the steps for the following reasons: 1. I will personally oriented towards my success, 2. The assessment was professional, personal and insightful. 3. The fittest packages are flexible program training to private training. 4. Pricing is appropriate and reasonable. 5. The facilities are clean with lots of natural lighting and well-equipped. 6. Fuse fitness philosophy is about enabling lifelong change, not just quick fixes. It has been six weeks I've gained muscle, flexibility, range of motion, increased my cardio fitness and lost 25 pounds. If you want to get in shape, make lasting change Fuse is the place to go

I am a former competitive athlete, having played all kinds of sports, including high impact ones like rugby. After two kids, some lingering neck and back issues, and approaching 40, I needed to get my butt kicked back into shape. Two years after I originally joined I can now do things I remember doing in my teens and 20s like handstands and diving push-ups and things I never imaged I'd be able to do like real pull-ups and pistol squats. Fuse Fitness provides an intense workout, a friendly community, and highly knowledgeable teachers. In addition to the fact that you'll just want to be friends with everyone you meet there! Kristin and Pascha also deeply care about everyone who attends their gym, remembering birthdays and greeting my kids when they see them around town, helping you work through injuries, designing nutrition challenges to complement their workouts, and suggesting other health providers to keep you living your best life. Fuse is the best and my only regret is not joining sooner!!
