5 Stars for how friendly and helpful everyone is here. Besides a rude bleached blonde girl who worked the front cashier yesterday. The other day I had 3 different people helping me with my soil issues and they were AMAZING. Drew and "Doc" in the back are the most helpful and friendly guys!!

Rusty, one of the managers at Kelseyville Lumbar, heard and understood the mishap I experienced in one of my purchases, and provided exceptional service above and beyond what I expected...I was so grateful for his gracious and professional service in resolving my issue so promptly.

They do a very nice job with the plants. A good variety and they're well watered and in good shape. The home decor selection hasn't changed much in seven years or more. The clothing--considering they are one of a few places to buy clothes in the county, they only provide a phone booth for a dressing room, and most materials are synthetic, so I don't buy clothes here. The renovation products, from linoleum to vanities, are also outdated, drab and pricy. There's no selection of non-toxic paint products. They do nice Christmas trees and decor at the holidays. The staff is sometimes surly but willing to help when you ask. Cesar, in plants, is awesome.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Great store!! It is huge inside, even has a restaurant that has good food! The young man in the front was nice greeting me as I walked in. Couldn't find the item I was looking for so I walked up to two employees chit chatting in the middle of the aisle to ask them where I could find what I was looking for, and one didn't even look at me, pointed to the left and said "aisle 10". Said thank you and walked away without any acknowledgement . Rude. Then at checkout, the lady with the blonde hair wasn't friendly either, saying good morning to her didn't get a response and acted like she was on some kind of a power trip. I'll be back again because its a great store, but some of the employees there need some customer service training reminders to be more friendlier. For that I am taking off two stars.

I love this hardware store. Employees are friendly willing to help you find what you need and willing to help make sure you have what you need for your project. It's great there's not much wait to checkout.

We often visit the Kelseyville Lumber store. They are a hardware plus general store. Employees know their stuff and are very helpful.

We are hardware store people. We walk around them when we visit different towns. Kelseyville Lumber was wonderful. Organized, clean, open, the floors are beautiful. Loved this store.

Called to get a current price for some 2x12 lumber. Lady said she can't give me a price because the internet is down and don't have access to prices. I guess it's too much to ask to walk over and check these days. Oh well. Another lost sale. ?

I visited Kelseyville Lumber for the first time today, and was amazed at the friendly and helpful customer service. I also was surprised at the variety of pretty gift items and clothing. I'll be back! A+!

I've been working on rebuilding my dock for months. Every time I go to KL, they are incredibly helpful and make sure I have everything I need, and when unsure, they come up with a solution. They also have a great selection of products, including things my wife loves that she can't find anywhere else. Oh, and they are very dog friendly.
