I'm starting to regret my W+ membership. There are issues and concerns off and on with my items. Today we received a Lemonade with the green seal broken. Last delivery a batch of completely rotten cherry tomatoes & broken eggs. Previously, a package of ground sausage with an expiration date pf 2 weeks prior. I pay for a service to shop & deliver items but the service is subpar. I had higher expectations but here we are, I don't plan to renew unless I see a huge difference.

I usually do my grocery shopping here & get lots of help from staff due to the complexity of my list. The last time I was there I was @ check out & requested $20 back. I got my receipt & merchandise. However i realized I didn't get my $20. The manager said he would check the camera. When I followed up he said" It's up to the customer to stick around & wait for their money so the next person took it". I will Never shop there again.

Went in to pick up a few things. Was unable to find something. I had to employees that i asked sent me on a wild goose chase. Half of the employees working on stocking shelves do not speek english. They want to come here and live the american dream but dont want to take the time to learn the language. And before you critisize my comment, my wife is from Thailand, and the first thing she did was learn english. Even management has a terrible attitude. And ya wonder why so many are leaving California. I am not from here, and i wont be back.

I have really not had a problem with Walmart until the last time I shopped there on Monday April 15. But I will no longer use the checkout lines that are manned by associates.
I purchased one bag of tater tots, one GV Ranch Dressing, a GV BBQ sauce. 3 cans of sliced mushrooms, and one container of whipped cream cheese.
What burns me up is I was charged for two 5 lbs bags of taters and for 3 ranch dressing when I bought only 1.
Be on the lookout for unscrupulous employees in the store. Walmart is so worried about theft. Well they need to police their own people then clear the deadbeat homeless bums that steal from the store.
I figured I was overcharged $12.37.
