Cheryl is so sweet and amazing! I've been coming back solely for her customer service and positive attitude! She's the best!

I like shopping at this Walmart because it's smaller and more convenient when you need to only shop for a few food items. My favorite time to shop is early mornings before 8am because there's less people. It also smells nice and clean. Downside is the parking lot is always dirty and scattered with trash. Also, I once purchased a food item that was expired so now I check my items. But I have not come across this issue recently.

Visited this market looking for alternatives to the overpriced Vons and Stater Bros. The meat selection is good. I didn't find much of a price difference but appreciated the variety of brands you don't see in Typical stores. There was only one checkout line open or self service. Self service is hard when you have a full cart of groceries so my wait in line was longer than expected. BUT there was an angel who pulled me out of line to open her register. It was her lunch break but she said she wanted to help one person before lunch to move things along. That's great! I didn't catch her name but appreciated it.

I moved to Jurupa valley and this is by far the most annoying Walmart I've come to. This is the 3rd time I get stopped at check out because the lady that's there thinks I'm stealing. The first time I was with my son and I was doing 2 transactions and she just there looking at me standing next to my cart, the second time I was with my husband and son and she did the same thing, it's the same lady too. Today I went and I scanned the grapes and it said item not found but I saw that it had the 4 digit fruit code so I typed it in and it worked it scanned for 2.22 and I kept scanning my things then tho same fucking lady comes and goes you didn't scan something and I'm like yes I did? And she's like no it says you need assistance and I proceed to tell her about the grapes and she's like well you didn't scan it YES THE FUCK I DID and I kindly told her I did and she's like show me and I show her and she's like "mmmm it says here you did" but clearly I fucking did it's in the system, and she kept standing there watching me scan every item.. LIKE WTF why TF would I steal this is my only local market I'd be stupid enough to fucking steal especially if I come often with my son. And she's shot wears glasses and she's usually there at nights. I'm not coming here I will make the drive to riverside if I have too.

I had the most horrible experience with my mom. LINDA the white cashier who's older then shit who thinks she can talk to customers however she wants. Not today though. Rude for no damn reason. Talking to me like I'm dumb telling me to wait she's not done yet , she hasn't got their yet to ask me if I want bags lmaooo. Then I tell her she has horrible customer service and she laughs in my face and tells me "thank you sweetie." Had to tell the manager Enrique about her. Hopefully something was done about it.Don't work in customer service if your gonna treat your customers like shit. Walmart should really make sure that they are doing wellness checks on their workers so they don't treat their customers like shit on the job. It's not cool at all. Linda is the prime example of a Karen. Hope no one else runs into her or had a similar experience to mine.

Hi, I was very nice to see a greeter at the front door her name was Margaret. Margaret asked us if we needed a mask which was great! Margaret was very courteous with us and very informative about the store. It was great to meet up with customer service before shopping. Keep up the great customer service!

I eat a very healthy nutritious lifestyle so seeing the prices on the frozen fruit, packaged meat and electrolyte juices blew me away. I'll definitely continue shopping here for chicken breast as well as the frozen fruits/ vegetables. I love the frozen strawberries- they're so delicious after a couple seconds in the microwave on defrost. The frozen section for fruits and vegetables is great! The electrolyte juices are cheaper here than other nearby places too. Unfortunately, the employees were pretty rude. When walking to the front of the store, I was signalled by an elderly woman sitting out the front to walk to the other end of the shopping carts to get a trolley. She just sat there and pointed her hand in an aggressive manner. I assumed that she wanted me to go to the other side to get a trolley- so I did. Wasn't the nicest way to start the experience. In parallel, there was a large amount of carts that had produce to be put on shelves lying around. They were all over the place. Blocking isles and produce that customers could have been interested in. Worse, no one seemed to care about doing their job and stacking the shelves. There were plenty of workers standing around not doing anything (looking kind of lost to be honest). The older employees are definitely more rude than the younger ones. The times I've gone through the checkout the woman serving me as just thrown my produce around. No care whatsoever if anything was to be bruised or damaged. I also learned that they don't take apply pay, only some kind of "Walmart pay" which I hadn't hear of prior. I learnt to bring my credit card for the future times. Overall, the produce that I buy for my lifestyle is great. Very affordable frozen fruits, frozen vegetables, frozen meats, chicken breast, packaged meats (like the tuna and salmon), electrolyte packages and fresh produce. I would not recommend going if you are relying on customer service because there is none. When I go, I go get my produce and then just go through self check out. There's certainly better, cleaner and more friendly grocery stores nearby.

I don't like to write bad reviews but today my experience was terrible. The cashier seemed to be having a terrible day throwing everything and I guess at this store they don't help put away your groceries. It's the worst Customer service I've received. My mother had to make a comment about her throwing the groceries as she checked us out for her to slow down. Now the line wasn't busy at all. When I kindly asked if we packed our groceries or they helped she said "oh I only if my line isn't busy I try to help but if not you do it" now very stupid of her that she then got someone else to check out and both of our groceries where there making her delay on checking her out. I didn't even get a receipt and I had my toddler for me to go back to get it. But if managers read this, she is Hispanic with a man hun and shaved sides. Provide the proper customer service training to make your customers experience pleasant. I work customer service and I would never make anyone feel that way. Perhaps frontline isn't for her.

I always like to do shopping in Walmart, and I always like to use the "self service" to check out. I haven't met any problems until today. Here was what I am upset about it: There had 3-4 self service pay counters being used, the young man ONLY purposely shamed on me: 1) He checked my every items that I paid, he found nothing wasn't paid, then he accused me didn't pay a gallon of water which labeled by "State Bros" and it was paid as the one refilled water(29 cents) of the total three gallons. 2) The truth is: If you're theft (s), you always think other people steal you as you always wanted to steal others. It's why the young man even he was next to me/ full attention watching on me when I checked out, he still worried because he is retarded, he couldn't finger out who are the real possible people will steal things. This kind worker just tries to bother customers to get pays but really can't do anything. 3) If he has a little bit of brain, he should realize I am an old/noble lady who doesn't seem like to steal anyone. Stealing is not shame to him but it's very disgraceful to me. I have been always donate $100 weekly to a public organization for the last 20 years, why do I need to steal your couple of dollars things ? Stupid + retarded thoughts ! I understand some disabled workers in Walmart, but mental retardated should not work for customer service areas.

I like the store and the prices, however the customer service is horrible. There are a few employees that seem to work hard and are friendly but the rest are basically useless. It has nothing to do with the pandemic because I've been shopping this store since it opened since it is around the corner from my house. Now, during the pandemic, they have an employee, sometimes a couple, who stand outside leaning on the wall reminding people to wear a mask. Even with several employees standing around, it seems not one them has the job to get baskets. I along with several others had to walk back out to the parking lot to find a basket. This store must have a terrible manager!

I don't know why this doesn't get 5 -stars , this grocery store is cheaper than ANY grocery store in the area. The shelves are stocked & the associates are friendly-- the best time to shop is in the morning any AM time the worst time to shop is any PM time --- the discounted bakery products is in the back near the deli--

I don't usually do the whole review thing bUt damn this time I couldn't just let it go. This HAS to be the worst grocery store in the whole Inland empire almost half the fruits and othe things in the produce section were over a week expired. Then you mention it to any of the employees they just give you attitude as if to say "then just don't buy it" Someone needs to pay attention to these problems and not just pass the buck.

Employees are really nice. Store is clean and nice. However I did not have a good experience with their store manager Esmerelda. She was very rude. I just had a simple question to. Just didn't make time to help out a shopper. We are the reason you have a job. So remember that.
